In response to the Complaint, we received the customers letter January 14, The letter was postmarked January 7, The customer enclosed one UPC bar, though states they bought cakesWe will only refund for validated purchasesIt normally takes to weeks for the refund to be issued
We have since issued a refund for the one cakeIf the customer would provide proof of purchase for other cakes we will issue a refund for those tooWe need a panel from the box with the UPC or a receipt in order to do soWe have since closed this file as the refund has been paidThanks for allowing us the opportunity to address this
