Review: I signed up for this stock market service in Nov., 2014. In Dec., 2014, I called them to cancel it because I think the way these guys trade is too risky. [redacted] put me on the phone with his boss, [redacted] WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! [redacted] tried to convince me to stay with their service, and he came across as very arrogant, bragging that he has years of experience with this type of trading.
Anyway, [redacted] said he would cancel my service. The company does not have a contract, so they allow us to cancel at any time.
However, this company drafted my debit card again, on Feb. [redacted], 2015, even after [redacted] assured me they would not take any money from my account. I thought I was done with these guys, forever!
I have called them, and I left 2 phone messages, and I left them 2 messages on their live chat, but they have not responded yet.
[redacted] didn't tell the truth when he said they would cancel my service!Desired Settlement: This company needs to refund the $127 they drafted on 02-**-15 (since it was an unauthorized withdrawal), and they need to STOP drafting from my account in the future! I don't ever want to have any future association with this company, and I will never be a customer of theirs again!
