Saturday morning was driving on merry wood and a vehicle was completely stopped keep in mind this is a professional company key. As I proceed I waited about 30 to 45 seconds before moving foward. Mr. Michael was doing some work as he stated not sure If he was texting or on laptop all I know is that he did not notice a big truck passing him up. He stated he was moving slowing but I had my foot on the break. Not sure how that works.? He did not have no blinker light on and told insurance company he did which he lied. Proceded to lie when he said I hit him when the damage to the truck was on the right side of the back of truck while his was in the corner front. While going around the neighborhood I grow up in about 30 years I asked around If any one saw anything because he is lying. So he doesn't have to pay for damages on the truck. I decided to call his supervisor Adam very rude and wasn't trying to hear what I had to say. Worst customer service I have ever received. I have been in customer service for 11 years and if this how your business runs I would recommend everyone NOT to use these guys. Unprofessional,mean, and lies. Also the owner stated he was not aware of what happened and if I wanted I could call back while he spoke to his employer then hung up again in my face.
