On May 28, 2016, we purchased a reclining sofa and love seat We knew we had three days to try it out and after three days, we purchased itDelivery was 6/4/ We used it for three days, sat on it an average amount of timeAfter my surgery, we used the sofa and love seat for extended periods of timeAfter two weeks both of us began to have back pain My physical therapist said I had to be doing something to cause it as it was not part of recovery My husband's back hurt as well We decided it was the furniture as it hurt where our shoulders or lower back hit the back of the furnitureMy husband called the store- no satisfaction He stopped by the store and talked with our sales person, [redacted] ***, who was not the pleasant sales person she was when we made a $purchaseShe said there was nothing to do; it was oursWhen pushed that it was uncomfortable, she said,"We do not sell used furniture What do you want me do, pay for it myself?" called again the next day to speak to the mgr , she/he had left for the day - I explained the problem to this person , she said basically the same thing , but to call back the next day and speak w/her/him called back the next day , the mgr was with a customer , the phone rep took my phone number to call me back , but the call did not arrive called again today, the
manager was off until Tues 01/03/ I will try again then , but I do not expect anything different than what we were already told that we basically have a $1000-$chair tha
