Adam Quenneville Roofing, Siding & Windows, Inc. Reviews (5)

As I wrote in my review on the Revdex.com site I experience extremely unprofessional service from this company. It began with botched paperwork, continued on to unfinished work, incorrect materials installed, property damage as well as dishonesty.Product_Or_Service: Roof replacementAccount_Number: XXXXXXDesired SettlementI would like the business to get back to me to schedule the repairs to the siding that I previously discussed with them. I would also like it in writing that if my pool develops a leak in the future due to the nails and staples that were strewn in it that they will be responsible for repairs. I would like it known that I am not usually a difficult customer. I work really hard to take care of my home on my own. To have such disregard for what I work so hard to maintain has been disappointing. It is my hope that in the future this company might have more regard for customers property, time and situations.[redacted]Business Response To Whom It May Concern, Thank you for informing us of the [redacted] complaint in regards to work done on their home. As the owner of Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding, for 20-years and as a business owner my number one goal is to keep my customers happy. When a customer is not happy we strive to go above and beyond to correct the situation. After being made aware of the situation, we have sent our team to the [redacted]'s home to try and rectify the situation but each time they have been turned away. On Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 12 pm our [redacted] went to visit the [redacted]'s home. He is currently working with the customer directly to arrange a resolution that is satisfactory for Ms. [redacted]. Sincerely, [redacted]

Hired AQR&S to do roof & siding. Roof leaked from all points of penetration causing extensive damage to interior of my house.I hired AQR&S on 5/25/06 to remove existing roof & put on a whole new roof as well as install new siding. I had just finished renovating my entire home as well as put on a large master bedroom suite addition. I wanted everything to match hence the new roof & siding. Around 8/28/11 we discovered the roof was leaking like a sieve from all points of penetration. It had been raining for so long & so hard the water made its way down to my basement. It was on my kitchen stove, my bathroom vent fans, & many other yet to be discovered areas. In the meantime, I wrapped all my I contacted AQR&S immediately but got no response. I called the State Attorney General's office & was told I had to allow AQR&S to make the repairs, I explained I wasn't getting any return calls. I finally got a call back from [redacted] (AQR&S [redacted])after leaving a message stating that I'd been in touch with the state AG's office. After many service calls (spoke to [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] & many others) & visits & unsuccessful repair attempts, the roof was torn off & replaced on 6/28/12. It was discovered that many shortcuts were taken, things done improperly: the ridge vent was cut in right above the back of the chimney, the cricket was removed from the high side of the chimney, no ice & water was installed at roof/wall interface, the first course of shingles was not reversed, no counter flashing was installed, fan vents were installed improperly & more....the list is ridiculous for a top rated roofing company. It was also discovered by our building dept. that NO final inspection of the first roof was ever done. The new roof has subsequently leaked 4 times, all leaks to date have been addressed & repaired....but not without a lot of unanswered phone calls & arguing. The end result of their shoddy workmanship & consequent leaks was extensive damage to the ceilings, walls, floors & cabinetry in the kitchen, ceilings, walls & floor of the dining room, adjacent walls in the living room, ceilings, walls & floor in the original bathroom, ceiling lights & fans due to electrical shorts from the leaks which almost resulted in a fire, finished basement walls & carpet & stairs which have to be removed to repair the damaged walls. Mold was everywhere. All insulation & sheetrock & some framing had to be replaced in theses areas & there was so much water retained in the insulation, rock lath/plaster kitchen ceiling that several joists cracked & had to be removed & replaced. Some of the type RH building wire became so saturated in the fixture boxes that it shorted & burned, nearly causing a fire. The wire, boxes & fixtures had to be replaced the kitchen & dining room in the water damaged areas after the damaged framing was replaced. AQR&S was provided with photos documenting the damage found both initially & during the repair process.Desired SettlementThroughout this entire ordeal, I repeatedly asked for a call from [redacted], not [redacted] or anybody else. I never once got a call from [redacted] & was always told he was in a meeting, out of the country, on vacation, out of the office, take your pick of the excuses I got for why he was never available. I have been in constant communication with the State AG's office & kept getting told that only AQR&S could do the repairs the warranty would be voided if I had any one else touch the roof & that AQR&S is responsible for reimbursing me for the damages to the interior of my house. I was assured by [redacted] & [redacted] of AQR&S that your company would take care of me. I sent all info, pics, receipts, etc that I was asked to & then silence. I called, left messages, no return calls, no answers, nothing. When I finally got an answer, I was told my entire file was lost!! I was very frustrated & even got told by a com, many rep that she didn't answer my call because she didn't know what to tell me. I didn't spend countless man hours renovating my entire house that I topped with what looked to be a beautiful new roof to have all my hard work destroyed by [redacted]'s negligent & incompetent crews. I have been put through [redacted] by this company with undue stress, time lost from work & the financial hardship & heartache of it all. I am up to $48,716.17 so far in repairs & interest on the loan taken to make said repairs. Which does not include the repairs still needed & any unforeseen damage when those walls are opened. You owe me for the damage to my house [redacted] caused by your company. You are also aware of the damage that your company (same crew) did to my parent's house as well.Business Response Re: Case# XXXXXX[redacted] MA XXXXXTo whom it may concern,Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding Inc. provided an estimate for [redacted] and [redacted] in April 2006 for a new roof after a recommendation by [redacted]'s father. Prior to the estimate they informed us they had experienced leaking around the chimney in the past. They had lived in the home for seven years and the house was built in [redacted]. They accepted our proposal for $6,000.00 and we installed a roof at [redacted] MA on 6/7/2006. This system included a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty; as well as a 15 Year Elk Manufacturer Material Umbrella Warranty. On 8/28/11 [redacted] called in during a wind driven rain storm with complaints of leaking. Although she was a few months past her workmanship warranty we went out for a service call on 8/29/11. During this call we checked all vents and flashings, added extra sealant and performed a water test to assure that the roof was not leaking; at which time we determined it was the chimney causing the issue. On 10/14/2011 [redacted] called in about another leak at the chimney and wanted a cricket built and another water test. We scheduled this for 10/18/2011. A cricket (FYI - a cricket or saddle is a ridge structure designed to divert water on a roof around the high side of a chimney or the transition from one roof area to another, the cricket is normally the same pitch as the rest of the roof, but not always) was installed. In addition we provided new ice & water barrier, step flashing and shingles. A water test was again performed and upon leaving there was no water coming in.On 1/13/2012 [redacted] again called in and complained about leaking again and we explained it was not the roof. This was determined per the water testing we have previously provided. We also shared that we had pictures of a crack in the top of the chimney, which we believed should be addressed because the leaks seemed to occur during wind driven rain. The customer was extremely upset and felt we should completely replace the roof. At this time the roof was well-past the 5-Year Workmanship Warranty and there was not a defective shingle issue making it not eligible for the Elk Umbrella Coverage. We decided in good faith and in an attempt to make this customer happy that we would do a FREE complete roof replacement roof (valued now in 2012 over $7,500). This new roof was installed on 6/29/2012 and we believed the customer was satisfied. That was until we heard from the customer again a year and half later on 1/21/2014. During this call she stated a vent was leaking. One of our specialists went out the same day and observed condensation on the bathroom vent and made a work order to replace with a plastic vent cap. Even though this seemed urgent to her she did not schedule this with us until 6/6/2014, at which time we changed the vent and added insulation to the vent connector. We have made several attempts to keep a good faith relationship with Mrs. [redacted]. We feel we went above and beyond and well over an extended period of time which was past our warranty. Issues with a home that is over 50 years old are to be expected. We truly do not feel the continual issues she is dealing with are due to the roof we installed, but rather as she was advised because of issues with chimney maintenance needed to protect her home from the wind driven rain storms. We believe we have gone above and beyond for this customer. Please feel free to contact us at any time or if more information is needed.Sincerely,[redacted]Consumer Response The response to my complaint seems to indicate that instead of reading and digesting its contents, you scanned the very detailed complaint and responded with stock answers that don't even begin to address the issues. If everything was "okay" then why did [redacted] replace the entire roof to fix the leaks and there were still leaks following the roof replacement. Also, the chimney was brand new before you put on the new roof....and further, after your second try at roofing my home, there was NO leaks at the chimney. Hmmmm...could it have been the flashing installed by [redacted]?? I may not be a roofer by trade, but I do know that I should not be able to see daylight (the sky) when I am looking out by the various roof penetrations (exhaust fan vents & stack vents). By the way, I could see daylight looking upward along the chimney after the first new roof was installed-water poured down there and along the seam where the vertical wall meets the roof line-where ice & water and flashing should have been installed. Your company is responsible for the damage to the interior of my house due to your company's incompetence and negligence. You need to make good on your promise to pay for the damages your company caused. Final Business Response To Whom It May Concern, I have owned this company now for 20-years and as a business owner my number one goal is to keep my customers happy. Typically when someone is upset there is a way to resolve the issue and move on; after receiving yet another email complaint (which the Revdex.com was CC'd on) yesterday I am beginning to feel like nothing will ever be enough for Ms. [redacted]. Here is a follow up from our perspective. In my professional opinion, as someone who literally has been on the roof for more than half my life that the damages to the home of [redacted] and [redacted] initially stemmed from structural issues; specifically the chimney. The home is well over 50 years old, built in [redacted], making problems such as chimney leaking very common. We were hired in June 2006 to replace a roof and siding. As we shared in our previous response, we had gone to the [redacted] home and tested the roof, on August 29, 2011, which was a few months past the 5-year workmanship warranty, but we wanted to help her. It was determined the leaking was from the chimney and not the roof. At this time we had also checked all vents, flashings and added extra sealant. On October 14, 2011 we had returned to the [redacted] home, by the request of Mrs. [redacted], to install a cricket to divert water on a roof around the high side of the chimney. In addition we provided a new ice and water barrier, step flashing and shingles. We once again did a water test, in which no water was coming into the home. On January 13, 2012, we once again received a call that there was water leaking into the home. We had shared with Mrs. [redacted] that there was a crack in the top of the chimney, which we believed to be the cause of the leaking. Mrs. [redacted] insisted that we replace the roof. At this point in time, as previously mentioned, the roof was past the 5-year Workmanship Warranty. Since the shingles were not defective, the roof unfortunately did not qualify for the ELK Umbrella Coverage. Since our customer's satisfaction always comes first, we decided to replace the roof FREE OF CHARGE (valued in 2012 over $7,500). Once the roof was replaced, we believed she was satisfied. We had gone above and beyond for Mrs. [redacted] to keep good faith. We worked well passed our warranty, something which did not have to be done, to satisfy here as our customer. In Mrs. [redacted] most recent commentary to the Revdex.com she stated she could not get a hold of me for various reasons including I "was in a meeting, out of the country, on vacation, out of the office". She called these excuses, when in fact they are realities. As a successful entrepreneur I oversee a few companies and therefore I am often in meetings and out of the office. In addition, my wife's family is from Puerto Rico and I do spend a good majority of my time out of the country and with family. I do not believe it is necessary for me to defend where or when I spend my time. I have quality, seasoned professionals who manage my business in my absence so after many hard years on the roof I can enjoy some time away. With that said, she is not 100% accurate that she never heard from me since we did in fact meet in person at her father's residence [redacted] Ave, [redacted] MA) on 10/27/14 at 3pm. As stated earlier we also did a siding project for the [redacted]. In an email correspondence to my team yesterday she stated her "siding became slightly detached in the lower left corner when the new roof was ripped off & the replacement new roof put on. [redacted] was made aware of it as well as the damage to my gutters...both of which he said he'd take care of. Well, now that piece has been just about torn off the house with the high winds we had last night & continue to have today. I'd like to know when & how you plan to fix it now?????!!" Again the siding had a 5 year workmanship warranty that had expired in 2011. The question I believe becomes... exactly how long are we responsible? That is why we had the warranty period. With that said, in order to show Mrs. [redacted] and the Revdex.com that we are not unwilling to do our part I agree to fix the siding and waive the service call fee that would typically apply. Unfortunately because of the contentious situation we do not feel comfortable doing this siding correction until we receive written permission from Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] to go on their property to complete the work. We do follow the highest standards of integrity, transparency and professional responsibility in dealing with all clients. We feel that we have done this and more when dealing with Mrs. [redacted]. Please feel free to contact me at any time. If I am not in the office please leave a message and I will return the call.Sincerely, [redacted]

Siding and windows on my house were damaged during roof replacement. Now 4 weeks later the roofing shingles are popping up and seperating.I had hired Adam Quenneville Roofing to replace the roof on my house. They started the job on June 25th. While the workers were stripping the roof the tarp they had placed on the house to prevent damage had fallen off. None of the workers stopped to put the tarp back up, they just continued to strip the roof letting all the debris hit the siding and windows. The day after, I called the salesman I was dealing with, [redacted] and told him what happened and that there was some damage to my house and the bay window that I had just had installed the previous year. [redacted] came out with another salesman named [redacted] to see the damage and take pictures. They had told me that they would take care of the problems. Now 4 weeks later, I am having issues with the shingles seperating and they never installed a ridge vent. I had made numerous phone calls and e-mailed them numerous times about the repairs that they still have not fixed or turned the claim over to their insurance company. After complaining to [redacted] again last night about the roof and the damage, [redacted] stated that he would be here at my house to check out the roof and to go over the damage again. He stated that he would be here with [redacted] at 2:00, well it is now 5:30 and I still have not seen them or received a phone call. An employee of The Home Depot came over yesterday to check out the damage to the window because that is where I purchased the bay window, they ( Home Depot ) will repair the window at no charge to me or [redacted] Roofing due to the warranty on the window. That employee noticed quite a few problems with the roof and advised me to call the building inspector and have him come out to check it out. I left a message for the building inspector last night. I explained to [redacted] last night about the issues that were found including a paper bag with napkins and food that were stuffed in a corner molding on the dormer. Now I have bees forming a nest around the debris that is hanging out of the molding. Four weeks later, I still have not received any satisfaction from [redacted] about the problems and the damage. I had financed the roof replacement with a credit union they had set me up with. [redacted] Roofing had the check for $9900 sent directly to them and now I have serious issues and they will not honor their committment to repair the damage. I am having other companies give me estimates to repair the damage and will be filing a lawsuit in court after I receive all the estimates.Desired SettlementSeeing that they will not take care of the damages and roof repairs, I want them to pay another company that I choose to do the repairs. I have e-mails from [redacted] at Adam Quenneville Roofing stating that they will take care of the damage but nobody has contacted me so far except for Hampshire Glass. Hampshire Glass took a look at the bay window and said they would ned to replace the glass. I declined because of the warranty on the window.

The workers installed vinyl covering over my front porch and screened in porch in the back improperly. When work was complete project [redacted] never came to do a final walk through and the company just sent a bill. I called to explain I had issues with the work that was done on the two porches and I do not feel I need to pay until the job is done properly. [redacted] came over 3 days later and agreed that the work needed to be fixed. He also said he would note that the clean up by the crew was horrible and noticed many snapped bushes in the front of the house. He said that [redacted] would call me with a date they would be back out to fix the work. Two days went by and I had to contact [redacted] for info on repair. Up to this point I had been being told [redacted] was going through a hard time (either sick or relationship issues) and that this is where the scheduling conflict was coming from. he then sent me a text stating that they would be there the afternoon of 8/20/14 but did not know what time. At 5:30pm when I got home no work had been complete. I called [redacted] who said he was going to have [redacted] call me because he was tired of her making false promises to me. When [redacted] called she said that the workers would be at my house when they were done with their other job. It was now pas 6 pm at night. I told her I did not want them hammering away that late at night as I work early in the morning. I also expressed how employees personal issues should not be the consumers problem and that this run around was absolutely ridiculous. The work was supposed to be completed over a week ago and I wanted a call from someone in charge. I have not received a call and work is still not repaired. I am also still picking up pieces of vinyl and shingles because the company did not provide and adequate dumpster.Desired SettlementI would like these situations fixed in a timely manner during hours that do not inconvenience me or my family. There is no communication in the company and I do not feel that I should have to be the one overseeing all this when I am the paying customer.Business Response [redacted]'s original issue with [redacted], our [redacted], was that she was contacting Ernie [redacted] ([redacted]) in regards to the job, however [redacted]'s name or number was on NONE of the paperwork and the job was in [redacted]'s name. She coordinated details of job with [redacted]. Then [redacted] called in complaining that he hadn't heard anything from us yet. [redacted] explained that she had spoken with [redacted] several times and he was fully aware of the process. [redacted] got irate and said she shouldn't be talking to him at all. She addressed the concerns with [redacted], the [redacted], and was told [redacted] is indeed the contact person and also the one he met with who will be paying for the job. [redacted] did not have information to contact [redacted] either. From there [redacted] continued to call [redacted], yet kept [redacted] in the loop. He was very rude and difficult from the onset. [redacted] was upset over the lead time for his window, as well as how long the install may take, calling it inconvenient. The window was almost the size of the entire wall. In addition, there were over grown bushes covering the entire work space. [redacted] continued to complain about Nilson, the lead crewman. He stated that one of the days he came home on his lunch break to "no crew there" as [redacted] had said there would be. The crew was on lunch as well. He was upset about the timeline for the project, but it is important for you to know he did not want us working late in the day or there at certain times depending on his schedule which made finishing the project difficult. Our [redacted], [redacted], said he personally did two walkthrough's - one when he wasn't there and one with him. At which he NEVER even addressed the bushes. [redacted], also assisted with clean up while there. [redacted] also shared he did not complain about [redacted] to the customer. To specifically address a couple concerns. First, we are not sure what Mr. [redacted] is referring to regarding [redacted] being "sick or having relationship issues". There was a weekend where [redacted] was involved in a rather serious car accident in which she was unavailable to customers, but back at work Monday. Secondly, we provided a 15 yard dumpster, which is more than adequate for his 1,500 square foot ranch style home. This dumpster removed 1.6 tons of waste. In addition, he was very verbally abusive, demanding and rude to [redacted] and other team members. [redacted] reached a point where she asked Scott to deal with him directly and promptly directed ALL of his messages to [redacted]. He was demanding and even after completion expected us to drop everything and run to his home on demand over small tedious complaints, never once bringing up the bush damage. It is important to note, [redacted] - our [redacted], insists [redacted] gave him permission to trim back the bushes to make installing the siding, where they were completely over grown and grown into house, possible. Our [redacted] also dealt with Mr. [redacted] who told her he "promised as long as we took care of his bushes he would retract his comment from the Revdex.com". In an effort to resolve this issue we took the cost of his landscaper off of his final invoice. This amount was $1,388.In our opinion the job was completed in a professional and timely manner and it looks great. [redacted] also stated his opinion of the great work on social media.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Some of these statements are true however there are many false statements here. [redacted] never contacted [redacted] like she had stated. I sit next to [redacted] every day at work and had there been communication I would have know.[redacted] did complain to me about [redacted] How else would I have known that the problem was she was breaking up with her boyfriend? Or the fact that [redacted] himself told me she had personal problems? The crews were not on lunch breaks. My fiance is at home most of the day and this was not a instance of the crew being on lunch. The window installers were supposed to be there at 9 am. They got there at 2 pm that day. That's not a lunch break. It wasn't until I told the company that I went to the Revdex.com that they responded to my claims. I told them once the work was fixed I would write a statement on my complaint, which I have done. They did pay for the bushes. This was SOLELY BECAUSE OF MARY. She was the best person I have worked with and the one who got things done.I never complained about the work that[redacted] had done. I complained that management was not communicating to [redacted] the way we wanted the house sided. I.E: Not drilling holes in the new siding for an unused satellite dish. I had to to go out and physically show him after I got home from work after I had already covered all of this with the [redacted]. The house looks great, [redacted] did a great job, but the problem was with the main offices not [redacted].As I stated in my claim they did pay to fix the bushes. They did this AFTER they sent a bill and I called in to tell them I never got a walk through. They did the walk through and Mary was EXCELLENT at helping finally get things done. They also need to come back and fix the vinyl cover on the porch roof because they laid it over hooks hanging from the ceiling. Again I had to leave work to show a worker ([redacted] Maybe?) what needed to be fixed because Scott was not available. All in all the statement is correct that my house looks great now. However there was definitely a lack of professionalism and it was very difficult to get things done the way we envisioned. As far as the claims of being "abusive", I'm sorry if this company can't see how incredibly frustrating this whole situation was can't understand they may spill over. I simply called them out on their short comings in customer service and it seems that they are still in denial about how horrible this was. Again, no calls were made to [redacted] or Myself. There was no communication what so ever.

I have a contract with them to do roof and siding on the house They have damaged the house ,havent finished the job and havent returned any of my phone calls ,emails and text messages.I have given them a punch list of the issues in writing which they havent addressed .Im very concerned that the roof maybe leaking into the house cause water was noticed on the rug around the fire place .I cant get a phone call back from them to address these issues .I have asked the salesman and [redacted] in the office to have the owner meet me at the property to address the issues .The salesman instead met me and agreed that my complaint is legitimate. The have taken my money and refuse to complete the jobDesired SettlementI would like them to follow the contract that we have Finish the job correctlyFix the damage to my house Fix the issue with the roof warranty issues Business Response [redacted],I have received your e-mail and am responding to it.Job address: [redacted] You contracted with us to do this job on 10/9/13. Your date of loss on this claim was 10/30/2011. You have two years to get the work done and bill for the deprecation. As you can see there was a tight deadline to get this jobcompleted. Our requirements to submit a signed contract for production is to collect all of the ACV funds and the deductible before we do any work. You said that you had already dealt with several contractors and didn't feel comfortable giving us all the ACV funds until the work was done. We agreed to go ahead and to do the work with the understanding that the money had to be paid before I could collect the rest of the insurance money and no additional work would be done until the first contract was paid in full. We moved sub-contractors around and started your job on 10/18/13 and finished in time to collect the deprecation. I spoke with your adjuster and he said that you had already been paid enough for the claim and didn't have the proper receipts to show that all the work on the claim had been done and that there would be no more money released. Since we deal with this adjuster often I went to bat for you and got the deprecation released. As per our conversation you have received the final payment on this job and have not provided us with the funds to complete your obligations. You said that you were very pleased with our work and had no complaints until the final bill was due. You have provided us with a punch list and we have sent our contractors out to get those items handled. There are a couple more items that [redacted] will handle this week when he gets back (He was in an auto accident and has been out of work for a while). I know there was a gutter that was thrown away and that you wanted to keep. I have agreed to credit you 50.00 for the cost of the gutter. There is still a balance owed on this job of 3806.59Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I spoke with [redacted] about the issue with the corners and he told me that the siding would have to be removed 3 feet from the ground all the way around the house and reset he said it was hung to tight [redacted] also told me that they wouldnt do this work until the temps reached over 40 degrees .so its likely that this work wont be done for some time .also I spoke with the adjuster and we agreed that the only thing I could get the deprecation for was for the work that adam quenneville did and not the work that I did myself with friends in the trade .Because I was told by the adjuster that I would need to spend the acv on everything and that the homeowner cant profit from the insurance company.I was glad to see the roof done in 1 day and the siding started shortly after .I was never expecting that it was hung too tight and it would all have to be removed and reset Final Business Response [redacted] XXXXXRegarding: The siding issue with the mismatched corners.[redacted],I took another drive out to your property on [redacted] in an effort to inspect the right rear corner and see if the problem with mismatching siding corners existed there as well. I was able to enter the back yard as the snow had melted just enough to allow access. I found that the problem does exist on both corners and my previous assumption regarding a tight install was probably incorrect. I measured both the new and old siding and found the old to be 3 15/16" to the weather and the new to be a strong four" to the weather. The combined dimensions would be approximately 3/32 of an in different per course and over ten courses almost an inch of difference which is just about what is showing on your home. The insurance company has only paid to replace two sides of your home and their reasoning was that white is white with no discussions about the mismatching profiles. In my opinion we would be unable to remedy this situation without replacing all sides of the home with the same product that was applied to the rear and left side of your home. We would be willing to side both the front and right side of your home with the same product used on the rear and left side at no additional cost to you if you would be willing to rescind in writing all of your complaints to the Revdex.com. In addition you will agree to sign the hold harmless agreement presented to you before any of the work suggested above commences. If this attempt to respectfully conclude our business is un-acceptable to you, you would be responsible to go back to the insurer and see if they will agree to pay for the additional squares needed to complete your job. We will deem our job and contract complete and expect full payment immediately upon your dismissal of our proposal. No further work will be done and no additional warranties beyond that which the state requires would be granted to you. Please respond in writing.Thank you for your considerations,[redacted]@gmail.comFinal Consumer Response Ive fax out the paperwork for the siding match company .This is a company that [redacted] had used to send a piece of siding out to match .Which they had found a place in ** that sells it .So the insurance company did find a company to buy the correct siding from and Adam Quenneville was the one that found it fair to install the wrong siding .This paperwork was given to [redacted] the salesman for Adam Quenneville along with the insurance companies estimate of damage .So what I would like is the correct siding installed on the house ,the correct building permit pulled on the job ,and the siding cleaned as noted on the punch list on the drive way side .Im not signing off on any paperwork in warranties ,job finished ,or rescinding my complaints from the Revdex.com Ed stated that I couldnt have that bad of luck with contractors but I had two jobs with Adam Quenneville and both Ive had problems with .Im so glad that I didnt pay for any of these jobs in full like ** wanted me to ..
