Review: I Travelled to Saudi Arabia on October 20th, 2012. I purchased my round trip ticket from Adam Travel Agency. Upon my return on November 3rd 2012, I was asked at Jeddah Airport to pay for my return flight. When I tried to argue with them, I was told that my return flight ticket was refunded back to Adam Travel Agency. After I came back, I contacted Adam Travel and informed them of what happened, but instead of taking the matter in their hands, they asked me to handle the matter myself with the Saudi Airlines. I need a refund of the ticket that I already paid before my travel to Saudi Arabia.Desired Settlement: I need a refund of the money that I paid for the ticket at the Saudi Airport at Jeddah in addition to the interest and fees that I was charged by my credit card company!

Dear **. [redacted]:
Reference is made to the following claim under the above referenced ID Case number favor of: **, [redacted].
On October 9th, 2012 we issue for **. [redacted] an airline ticket [redacted] to travel New York / Jeddah / New York
Departing on October 20th 2012, returning October 29th, 2012.
**. [redacted] changed his return date and asked us to book his return flight for 31 October 2012.
We were able with the assistance of the airline carrier to provide a cancelation for him for this ticket, without charge.
On October 15, 2012 we then issued another airline ticket [redacted]
New York/Jeddah/New York for departure
October 20, 20l2 with a return date of October 31, 2012.
We provide him with all the travel documents before his travel date outlined on the new ticket.
**. [redacted] did not show up at airport on October 31, 2012 ([redacted]) thus according to the rules and regulations of the airline passenger tariff which is controlled by the airline he thus became a no show passenger on a non refundable ticket.
On November 3rd 2012, **. [redacted] went to airport in where??? and purchased a new ticket [redacted] .
He did not contact us either by telephone or via fax or email.
Adam Travel never received any refund for ticket [redacted] for the Sector .Jeddah/New York which is still open, but is non refundable.
Please refer to the attached e-mail **. [redacted] received from the [redacted] AIRLINES (attachment copy which we received from **. [redacted])
He contacted Adam Travel and [redacted] Airline at the same time, We explained to him the same that [redacted] Airlines had
explained to him, but he keeps insisting he is correct.
We did all of our best with him as a customer.
He keeps calling [redacted] Airline and they have explained to him repeatedly more than once - he has also received two (2) e-mails from [redacted] Airlines advising him of the same
We did all of our best with him as a customer, however there is nothing more that we can assist him for this problem.
Sincerely Yours,
