Hello, If anybody tries to purchase a car from this place don'tThe reason behind my negative review is because they will sale you a car that is brokenI purchased a Dodge Journey in May of and ever since then I have been putting it in the shopI had to replace the Alternator, water pump, thermostat, tires, brakes, and the fuse boxA month after me buying it it ran hot and it has been in the shop for the past monthsI also have been calling and speaking with the GM's and they say that there is nothing that they can do because the car is AS ISSo again DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE

Had my eye on a Lexus ISF, and had the displeasure of speaking to an employee named xxxxx through email. Asked five questions regarding any possible damage to the vehicle, to include brake pad life and tire tread, and was told ''there are 35 pictures of the vehicle on the their website and I can decide for myself'. I don't know if this was due to her being ignorant, or possibly just stupid. Nice car, but will look elsewhere and never do business with them due to this experience.

sans-serif;"> Re: *** *** ID *** My name is Brian Adams, President of Adams Auto GroupI spoke with my service department regarding the above mentioned complaint and this is our side of the story As far as "about bolts missing", It was more like four that were already missing when she brought her car inIt is my understanding we did install an A/C compressor in her vehicle and that does not involve removing the upper radiator hoseRegarding the replacement of valve stems, her vehicle requires a combination valve stem-tire pressure monitor (TPS system) that cost about $eachA valve stem cost only $each and we do replace those for free . Obviously, no one is going to replace the TPS type of valve stem at no charge unless it is factored into the price of the tires, which we do not do In closing, *** *** has been a good service department customer in the past and we regret that she has become an unhappy customerRegards,

This place is the absolute worstI sat in there listening to sales people being obnoxious and laughing over and over about how they were lying to customersIt was so ridiculous that in the middle of a purchase after a hour drive to look at a truck, I got up and leftI felt so uncomfortableAt one point a salesman saw I was disgusted about him blatantly lying to a customer on the phone while another salesman sitting next to him was laughing about it and he looked at me and condescendingly said "don't worry about it sweetheart"They also refused to budge at all on the price of a used truck with high mileage, which made me feel like I was being ripped offThe thing is I probably would have bought the truck for the higher price if I hadn't witnessed what I did, but after that charade it just felt too ickyDo yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money at this diveOne more thing, during my phone chat with xxxxx my sales person he said the vehicle I was buying was in perfect condition, when I arrived I saw that there were MANY flaws including a broken tail light, chipped paint, dents and dings, and a scratched up front end

I emailed about a car that I saw on their websiteA salesman called me back, answered a few questions and went ahead and got my infoto check on financing He called back, I offered less than asking price with downFinancing manager agreed to discount, quoted monthly payment for mo, which I was happy with Drove hrs to test car, there was a rip in the seat, the glove box was broken, a handle was missing on the seat and one of the center caps on a rim was missing None of this was disclosed over the phoneSalesman stated that he was hoping he we would of had the things fixed before we got thereHe did agree to replace everything but the rim cap and agreed to fix the seat We agreed, but this would mean that we would have to drive back at another date to have it fixedI asked the salesman if the financing was the same, he said yes, they're working on itThey had me go ahead and pay down payment and add the car to my insurance, which I thought was kind of w weird After waiting another 30-minsale man presented paperwork, tried to get me to sign title of ownership first, I asked to see the numbers first They went up more dollars and added on another year of financingHad $worth of "required fees" We did not buy the car and they refunded the deposit, which I hope actually gets refundedThese people are scam artistsI could see it as soon as I walked through the door but have them a chance Don't let them scam you!

Purchased a Toyota Camry from the Independence Blvdlocation on March 1,I went here looking for a reliable second vehicle at a fair priceI was pleased with my experience at this dealership from start to finishI have already recommended this dealership to a co-worker and feel he will have an equally great experience!
