I sent this email to the customer before the Revdex.com complaint, so I am not sure what more that I can doIt should be considered resolved
I just did the refund of $back to your Visa credit card
The first time when *** ran the
infoit was correct, the second time was an error on her part and the charge today is a mysterySomehow you show that your card was charged today even though we can not see those details as of yetInstead of waiting for the details to come through in a day or two, I refunded the charge immediatelyThe only way I can explain it was that it had to be my faultI was in the Authorize.net site that we process our cards through and wrapping up and printing out the transaction receipts of what had happened with the second charge with ***We no longer have your credit card infoon file as I ensured that it was shredded with the first problem relating to ***'s error, so while printing out my reports I must have pressed something in error to make this happen
I also did cancel the bill for the service from 6-15-invoice ####### for $that you would currently owe so you don't have to pay for that because of all of the issues that you have had to endure with usThere is now a $balance
I also made sure today that your account was canceled as you had requested and it is
I apologize profusely for thisWe are all very sorry for the problems as of recent on your accountIt is not acceptable and we will learn greatly from thisWe switched to new software recently that is still under construction and there are simply some processes that are not there like our old softwareI am aware that there are many people like yourself that want our customer portal back up and running so payments can be made through it privately and securely but we just have not had the construction finished on this portal yetWe really hope to have this up and running as soon as possible as it really is a nice feature for customers
