UPDATE
MrAdam S*** was contacted by my Attny: and a LtPolice Officer of Lancaster County, and informed him that under "The Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act", he could be charged with "Felony Fraud". It was only then that MrS*** made any attempt to return the money. MrAdam S*** has paid my Atty., the full amount of $dollars. I have received the check from my Atty'soffice for this full amount.
