thank you for your emaili am sorry but we can't help with your issue:1)  you did not get RMA number to sent it back 2) you damaged hard drive by breaking SATA ports on it 3) at the begging you were offered return label to sent PC back, instead you went to local store4) you opened case on the ebay and when it was not decided in your favor you went directly to Revdex.com5)
you called me liar, thief and dishonest "why you left a positive
feedback on ebay and call me honest helpfull person still puzzles me?"
maybe because you were getting free power supply that you also claimed
faulty we care about our customers, we always go extra mile, our
reputation is very important to us and we are ready to defend and prove

Hi Customer tried to modify product that he purchased from us. He damaged product and open case on eBay in order to get money back. eBay representative reviewed a case and denied customer claim. Customer still tried to return damaged products to us and package was refused. Customer is harassing...

us and calling our company and employees names. We have 100% positive rating on the eBay and did everything we could to make this particular customer happy. He was offered return label but he refused to ship it back, instead he took it to computer store and tried to fix his wrong doing.  He also claims that we sell used parts which is completely not true. All products that we used for this build have serial numbers and can be traced back to manufacture. eBay has complete record of this case.
