and found a service bulletin to repair the leakWe performed the bulletin and repaired the leakWe returned the truck back to the customerOn January 7, the customer returned and said, it was still leaking in the same placeHowever, we never duplicated the problemWe contacted the Ford hotline engineers and was told to pressurize the cabin and check for leaksWe did that and found no leaksWe contacted the Ford hotline again and was told to check and adjust the moon roofWe adjusted the moon roof as per the workshop manual, rechecked for leaks, and still found noneThe customer was concerned about a musty smellWe checked and found no odorWe returned the truck to the customer on January 14, About two weeks later the customer called me the service manager upset saying that the truck was at the selling dealer and they were going to replace the headliner and carpet because of the smelli called the selling dealership and spoke with the service manager and was told they were not going to replace the carpet or the headlinerThe truck did not have an inch of water in it when it returned to Commercial Motor Company on January 7, Please feel free to contact me with any other questions you might haveSincerely, *** ***Service Mgr

Revdex.com Corporate Office 1005 La Posada Drive Austin, TX 78752 RE: [redacted] 2015 F150 Truck To Whom It May Concern: When the customer's truck arrived back at the dealership on 1-7-16 water was seen dripping from the A-pillar pull handle. The problem was never duplicated after that day. The truck did stay here approximately two weeks. We did however furnish the customer with a rent car at no charge to her. The truck was not just sitting here "waiting for it to rain." We checked and tried to duplicate the concern while working with Ford engineers almost on a daily bases. We see by the customer's response that she will never be satisfied with any response from Commercial Motor Company. We were doing everything we knew to do to duplicate and accommodate the customer to our ability. After discussing this with the dealer principle, we have decided this is just repetitive and will respond no more.Sincerely,[redacted]Service Mgr.

Rejected Response:  Due to inaccurate information. The manager saw the leak because it was raining when I brought it in for the second time. They kept it for two weeks waiting for it to rain to see if it would leak again instead of drying the truck out they waited until they finally decided to take it through a carwash instead to check the leak. But never got rid of the wetness from previous me leaving it. They lied to the Revdex.com just like they lied to me. They may have called the other dealership where I took it but the response I got from the other dealership was that Commercial Motor left substantial amount of water inside my truck. Not to mention the mold that was on the driver’s seat due to their negligence. I will not ever be satisfied with any response they give because they are liars.

RE: ID #[redacted] Customer [redacted] Commercial Motors service Dept. is not open on the weekends. Mrs. [redacted]'s car was towed to Commercial Motors over the weekend. We diagnosed the car on Monday and a part was ordered overnight. The car was repaired the next day as soon as the part arrived....

This technician had several jobs ahead of this car. Knowing that Mrs. [redacted] was here on vacation and stranded we repaired her car in front of the other jobs we had. Unfortunately, we did not have a loaner to provide to the customer. This is a small dealership with only one technician to repair problems like this. I think we did a good job repairing this car in a short amount of time. (2 days)Sincerely,[redacted] Service Mgr.
