RE: ID # [redacted] Customer [redacted] Commercial Motors service Deptis not open on the weekendsMrs [redacted] 's car was towed to Commercial Motors over the weekendWe diagnosed the car on Monday and a part was ordered overnightThe car was repaired the next day as soon as the part arrived This technician had several jobs ahead of this carKnowing that Mrs [redacted] was here on vacation and stranded we repaired her car in front of the other jobs we hadUnfortunately, we did not have a loaner to provide to the customerThis is a small dealership with only one technician to repair problems like thisI think we did a good job repairing this car in a short amount of time(days)Sincerely, [redacted] Service Mgr
