responding to the complaint letter I received from you reference a job order my company handled on March 5, with customer, *** ***.The job order complaint of:Job: StatusCleaning driveway of paint pendingPainting of gutters finishedPainting behind rehung downspouts Not on original job orderRecleaning pool deck areas missed Pending touch upPotential replacement of improper painted gutter and downspouts Not applicable Not on original job orderRehanging outdoor speakers pendingThe original agreed job order consisted of:Cleaning drive way of paintTaking down downspouts for painting gutters and downspouts and rehanging gutters and downspouts.Gutter Cleaning, roof jacksPower washing brick, siding and concrete and general houseGutter Repair, fasha work repair, door jam replaced, walkway and full deck and patio cleaning.Additional work done to residence at no extra cost: (provided in good faith)l. power wash drive way twiceAcid wash (battery stains from golf cart)door jams painted for car garage door and door jams for homeNo charge for all paint used (All contractors would have charged for paint)Border trim paint on entire homeNew gutter extentionsI have attempted to contact customer on:May 29th, May 31stI have made every attempt to rectify this issue with Mr*** and he refuses to have any type of conversation with meHe wants me to talk to the Revdex.comI have spoken to Revdex.com and they referred me to customer to try to work this issue out.I have also apologize to customer and explained of the heavy work schedule I have had during the Month of May and could not make his datesI did assure him I would come out asapI could not promise a date at the timeI never refused not to rectify the situationI am willing to handle this issue asap and move forwardIt is my Company’s policy not to do refunds. As a business owner I am willing to do any touch up work or complete work left pending and put on my calendar as soon as customer is available. The day of completion I walked through the job with customer’s punch list and completed everything for the exception of taking the paint off driveway and hanging speakersThe work will be completed as soon as an agreed date is confirmed with customer.
