I may have filled in form incorrectly as where it asked for purchase price = $661.00, then disputed amount = $(this is the amount I was seeking for resolve)

It is a shame that a company's employee's have to collaborate a story to cover their mistakes. My next response to the company will be that through my legal representatives.

We have been doing business in the Cleveland area since 2006 and in the Columbus area since 1991.  Obviously, since you have not received a complaint in the past, we must be doing things right.  While I would certainly not tell you that we never make a mistake, we make things right when we do and hence have satisfied customers.  In this case, the customer was the person that was wrong and actually cost us significant extra money in fixing her mistake and creating the situation where we were late getting to other events.
My sales person spent more than an hour trying to explain that a tent needed to be on taller legs if she was putting a band under it.  She could not tell us the height of the stage, nor understand our point.  She contacted us on Thursday for a Friday setup, yet could not determine if we could set it up on Friday or if the we could get into the location.  Eventually, it was moved to Saturday by her, never with the information that she needed it at a specific time.  It was scheduled for a late morning setup in our routing.  WE actually arrived around 11AM.  If there would have been a specific time requested, we would have charged a higher delivery charge.
When we arrived, we found that the stage was 2' tall and that anyone 6' or taller would have their head in the tent.  We had to return to our shop to get legs which were taller to raise the tent above the stage.  She was not charged the extra 10% we charge for taller legs.  She was confused and refused to listen to our sales staff.  All problems were the direct result of her inability to listen and answer the questions we needed answered to help her.
As I said earlier, we take this kind of complaint seriously.  My sales staff and delivery staff were very upset with this person.  They all felt she would not listen or assist us in helping her.  I still called her to get her side of the story.  It quickly became apparent what the problem was.  I could not even ask questions without getting interrupted.  In the end, this customer was their own worst enemy.  We delivered exactly what she ordered in the time it was requested.  She received the contract and paid it in advance of the delivery.  After the fact, she is crying that we made many mistakes.  She needs to look in the mirror when laying blame.  I will offer no compensation for this.  I can assure you that crediting $300 would have been the easier solution.
