original estimate was for $She stated she couldn’t afford $1900.00. Ms*** *** could only afford she paid for the front bumper, unit body, align the headlights, align right fender, and put on right side fender liner. I was aware of the problems with the bumper. I told Mr*** *** that he could bring the KIA Sorento back to be repainted at his convenience. We were finished with the body work and the car wouldn’t start. The car was turning over but it just wouldn’t startI notified Ms*** *** suggested we give the vehicle a jump, we tried the vehicle still did not start. I paid for the diagnostic for the vehicle and we were told it could possibly be the fuel pump and later found out it was not the fuel pumpMr*** *** stated it had over miles on the vehicle. I stated to check with KIA dealer to see what they recommend. My body men said they did not see the license plates. I am responsible for the body work on the vehicle. I am not responsible for the mechanical issues and I am not responsible to pay half the cost for the computer in Ms*** *** vehicle. Sincerely, *** *** *** Auto Body

I went for a minor repair which was front bumper work and mirror repair I dropped my car off at Adams auto body shop Wednesday evening the next day I went to retrieve my vehicle. I notice scratches on the back side bumper scrapes on the front passenger side fender and a scratches on the left side of the back door by the handle. I informed [redacted] the scratches and scraps were not there before,he then informs me my car was dirty and that it could have already had scrapes and scratches. I began to tell him that I know the body of my car but he repeatedly denied the fact that his employees did not put scrap and scratch my vehicle. So he had his mechanics to buff away the scratches and scrapes. I wasn't 100 percent satisfied because there was more areas of scratches and scrapes on my car. Another issue I noticed as I began to turn on my car was the traction control light was on and check engine light. I am highly upset because when I brought up the new complaint [redacted] empliyed his workers only work on the outside of cars. I informed him when I dropped my vehicle off under his care the lights we're not on but once again him and his workers cant do no wrong. Unsatisfied customer. My car is very valuable and never again will I take my vehicle to a unprofessional auto body shop. I will not recommend this shop to others.
