I have used Jaiko Cleaning Services for years, and my last cleaning is the best explanation why. I had a concern over some of the carpeted areas that was cleaned. The office staff insisted on having their service manager some and attempt another go at this dark spot. Not only was the after service outstanding, the follow through on their part and honoring their word on the warranty and quality service made my day. They have always cleaned by Carpets and Ducts and I have never had a negative experience, and who else actually stands behind a 1 year warranty! My carpets are already booked fr next year and They take care of spills in between visits Thank You [redacted] and [redacted] and your staff!
