Mrs, [redacted] We are sending you this letter to inform you that you have days from the receipt of thisletter to bring your [redacted] y vin [redacted] with any problem it mayhave, also note that the van was a( total loss thru the insurance company) arid we repaired thevan with aftermarket Partsand used parts, which was with used air Bags, and seat belts, note:The van was not repaired with new parts as you know we will repair anything that needs to bedone to the van as long as it meets are work order(ESTAMATE) also we will work with DMV tohave the van reinspected to release the salvaged title so you can recieve tags for your van Ihope to here from you soon!

The customer contacted Revdex.com and stated that after attempted to gain information for her insurance company regarding the certification of this business she has remained unable to get this information. This information is needed to continue concerns with the work done by this business as the customer feels it was not done correctly and had to take it elsewhere for repair. The customer is not comfortable returning the vehicle to this shop as they have been unable to provide evidence of proper license.

Review: Hi,the business is not registered & unlicensed. He tried to take my car from me by pushing us for the repairs we didn't wanted to get done from him. We ended up paying him to release our car. He asked to pay extra which were not even there. He dragged us for two months. He would leave his shop before his business hours. His mechanic disrespected me my son & husband.Desired Settlement: We would like him to compensate for our time, wrong parts, wrong service & disrespect that he caused you my family & me.
