If anybody tries to purchase a car from this place don't. The reason behind my negative review is because they will sale you a car that is broken. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey in May of 2016 and ever since then I have been putting it in the shop. I had to replace the Alternator, water pump, thermostat, tires, brakes, and the fuse box. A month after me buying it it ran hot and it has been in the shop for the past 3 months. I also have been calling and speaking with the GM's and they say that there is nothing that they can do because the car is AS IS. So again DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE.

Had my eye on a Lexus ISF, and had the displeasure of speaking to an employee named xxxxx through email. Asked five questions regarding any possible damage to the vehicle, to include brake pad life and tire tread, and was told ''there are 35 pictures of the vehicle on the their website and I can decide for myself'. I don't know if this was due to her being ignorant, or possibly just stupid. Nice car, but will look elsewhere and never do business with them due to this experience.

lawn treatment even though the client said after he performed the work that she did not want it. At the beginning of each year the Lawn Ranger sends out a "notification of services" with a cover letter stating pricing and other information. At the bottom of the page it states that "This is a continuous service unless I hear from you othenruise". Since there was no response from the customer, the Lawn Ranger proceeded to perform the work as scheduled based on the timeline from last year.For your reference I have attached a sample packet for the 2016 year. Thank you in advance for your time and allowing my client the opportunity to respond.

This place is the absolute worst. I sat in there listening to sales people being obnoxious and laughing over and over about how they were lying to customers. It was so ridiculous that in the middle of a purchase after a 2 hour drive to look at a truck, I got up and left. I felt so uncomfortable. At one point a salesman saw I was disgusted about him blatantly lying to a customer on the phone while another salesman sitting next to him was laughing about it and he looked at me and condescendingly said "don't worry about it sweetheart". They also refused to budge at all on the price of a used truck with high mileage, which made me feel like I was being ripped off. The thing is I probably would have bought the truck for the higher price if I hadn't witnessed what I did, but after that charade it just felt too icky. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money at this dive. One more thing, during my phone chat with xxxxx my sales person he said the vehicle I was buying was in perfect condition, when I arrived I saw that there were MANY flaws including a broken tail light, chipped paint, dents and dings, and a scratched up front end.

I emailed about a car that I saw on their website. A salesman called me back, answered a few questions and went ahead and got my info. to check on financing. He called back, I offered 500 less than asking price with 1000 down. Financing manager agreed to discount, quoted monthly payment for 60 mo, which I was happy with. Drove 1.5 hrs to test car, there was a rip in the seat, the glove box was broken, a handle was missing on the seat and one of the center caps on a rim was missing. None of this was disclosed over the phone. Salesman stated that he was hoping he we would of had the things fixed before we got there. He did agree to replace everything but the rim cap and agreed to fix the seat. We agreed, but this would mean that we would have to drive back at another date to have it fixed. I asked the salesman if the financing was the same, he said yes, they're working on it. They had me go ahead and pay down payment and add the car to my insurance, which I thought was kind of w weird. After waiting another 30-45 min. sale man presented paperwork, tried to get me to sign title of ownership first, I asked to see the numbers first. They went up 1500 more dollars and added on another year of financing. Had $1200 worth of "required fees". We did not buy the car and they refunded the deposit, which I hope actually gets refunded. These people are scam artists. I could see it as soon as I walked through the door but have them a chance. Don't let them scam you!

Purchased a Toyota Camry from the Independence Blvd. location on March 1,2016. I went here looking for a reliable second vehicle at a fair price. I was pleased with my experience at this dealership from start to finish. I have already recommended this dealership to a co-worker and feel he will have an equally great experience!

We never get accepted for the loan because I had some issues with my credit there was a negative showing up on my credit and he even told me was to pay it off before the loan was accepted which I did paid it off and Li told me that they will send me a a payoff letter on the 21st so what he saying is not true do anything that I signed was the application to start the process of the loan you never told me that it was holding the car for 2 weeks or 1 week or that that's nonsense he's up he's a liar
