I am a CDL driver who retained Cave Law Firm after receiving a speeding ticket passing through Greeneville TN in my personal vehicle Ticket was for over I retained the cave law firm in hopes that the argument that my inability to attend traffic school because of my CDL license, whether in a commercial vehicle or not, was unfair This was a clear defined speed trap where the limit drops and the signage was minimal Clear mistake but no excuse to break the law My only hopes was the reduction of the speed fine imposed as it affects my career as far as points are concerned Any other citizen would be afforded traffic school having been under the same conditions Asking for a reduction in speed I would think would not be to much to ask First off the lawyer I spoke with and retained did not show up to court He sent a young inexperienced lawyer who was not familiar with traffic law pertaining to commercial vehicle drivers He asked for traffic school and was told by the Judge that it wasn't an option He then called me to deliver the bad news Basically I was charged $for absolutely nothing! CDL drivers beware MrCave will not represent you and if he sends this young man you will have wasted your money

This all happened on 12/21/2014
My siblings vehicle was malfunctioning, which is the reason to take a car in.
I informed the front desk agent there seems to be a problem with the radiator. Me not being a mechanic, I agreed for a full inspection of the vehicle. Meanwhile the representative asked me to apply for a credit card and any inspection would be free if approved.
I gladly applied, and was denied. Big deal. The big problem is that he tore the sheet with my personal information and placed it on his desk. I have no Idea if the information was thrown away or it it was shredded. Being that this location has a Revdex.com sticker, it gave me somewhat; peace of mind.
They "found the issue" and I agreed for them to replace some sensors.
Today the car is dead in the middle of the road while My Sibling is wondering if anything was actually done to the car.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, now I will have to wait to see if my personal information will be stolen. And not to mention they misspelled the name on the receipt of the transaction.
Good Job TireWorks.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and communication is excellent.
Will recommend and continue to use their services.

I am a CDL driver who retained Cave Law Firm after receiving a speeding ticket passing through Greeneville TN in my personal vehicle. Ticket was for 17 over. I retained the cave law firm in hopes that the argument that my inability to attend traffic school because of my CDL license, whether in a commercial vehicle or not, was unfair. This was a clear defined speed trap where the limit drops and the signage was minimal. Clear mistake but no excuse to break the law. My only hopes was the reduction of the speed fine imposed as it affects my career as far as points are concerned. Any other citizen would be afforded traffic school having been under the same conditions. Asking for a reduction in speed I would think would not be to much to ask. First off the lawyer I spoke with and retained did not show up to court. He sent a young inexperienced lawyer who was not familiar with traffic law pertaining to commercial vehicle drivers. He asked for traffic school and was told by the Judge that it wasn't an option. He then called me to deliver the bad news. Basically I was charged $350 for absolutely nothing! CDL drivers beware. Mr. Cave will not represent you and if he sends this young man you will have wasted your money.

I am rejecting this response because:I have both [redacted] an his colleague on recording saying they owe me money. I never seen the [redacted] until we came back from Stockton. I paid $5000 for the 2004 [redacted] why would I trade in a yacht for a car thats cheaper at $3125 even add $1000 for TTL an its still $4125 he would still owe me money without having the yacht in the transaction. The orginal deal with [redacted] was for a 2008 [redacted] when involving the sale of the yacht. Again when we returned from Stockton I was told the 2008 [redacted] had been sold while we were in Stockton my 2004 [redacted] I drove to the dealership that day was locked up behind the gate an [redacted] didnt have a key. I was tgeb offered a choice between two Suv's an the [redacted] I currently drive. Of coarse I was like how your brother sale the car you out looking at a yacht to trade in for an I even told [redacted] about the difference in valve an he agreed to pay me $6175 in two weeks when he sold the boat. [redacted] excuse now is I havent sold the boat so I cant pay you until I do.

Review: In September of 2015 I bought a 2004 [redacted] from Adams Auto Sales in cash for $4500.00 full out no payments from owner [redacted]. In October of 2015 [redacted] called me to come pick up my registration sticker from his dealership. When I arrived [redacted] had a 2008 [redacted] out that he wanted me to take a look at an he wanted $8000.00 asking price. My fiancé an I stepped out to see the car, after looking over the new 2008 [redacted] had available I decided I wanted it. My fiancé did not have the financial means to cover the difference of a trade in using my already owned 2004 [redacted].

At the time I was the sole current owner of a 1963 [redacted]t 35ft yacht that I had docked at the Marina in Stockton, Ca. I turned to [redacted] an told him I have a yacht I'm willing to put up. [redacted] was interested I showed him my current registration for my vessel and pictures. We set it up for him and whom ever of his choosing to accompany my fiancé and I to the docks in Stockton, Ca to view my yacht the following day. [redacted] and two other gentlemen met us at Village West Marina in Stockton the next day.

[redacted] look my yacht over for about 3hrs started the engines made phone calls and decided that he wanted the yacht an we would meet back in Sacramento to sign paperwork. When we got back to Sacramento I let [redacted] know that I did not need my 2004 [redacted] and that I would be trading that in at a rate of $4500.00 and selling my yacht to him for $5000.00 with a total of $9500.00 from me to purchase the 2008 [redacted] with TTL covered for $500.00 and [redacted] giving me $1000.00 in cash back.

My compliant is when we got back to the dealership in Sacramento [redacted] tells me his brother sold the 2008 [redacted] while we were viewing the yacht in Stockton and gave me a 2003 BMW costing $3125.00 and told me that he would pay me the difference of $6375 In two weeks when he sales the yacht to his cousin. I have been up to the dealership I have called [redacted] I have even threaten to take him to court an still late January I have not received my money from Adams Auto Sales to date.Desired Settlement: I would like my money from the exchange of my yacht to Adams Auto Sales. I would like the Revdex.com to contact this business on my behalf to give me my money.

Response:

In September 2015 we sold a 2004 [redacted] to [redacted], She came back in October and looked at a few cars we had for sale. She wanted to buy our 2003 [redacted] and trade in her 2004 [redacted]. We told her it would not be enough to cover the price of [redacted] with fees. She told me she had a yacht she wanted to get rid of because she could not keep up with the payments for the yacht's storage. I told her we would go and take a look at the yacht. When we saw the yacht, it was too old and had too many issues, like the engine, and cosmetics . I called some friends to check how much the yacht worth. The yacht worth less than $2,000. We offered her $2000.00 for the 2004 [redacted] (trade in) and $1147.00 for the yacht which totals $3,147. the sale price for the 2003 [redacted] with tax and fees totaled $4,147.00 minus $3,147 that will leave an unpaid balance of $1000.00 that she still owe us on the [redacted] purchase. That's what we have agreed and signed the contract agreement between both parties Adam's Auto Sales and [redacted] there for Mrs. [redacted] still owe us $1,000.00.
