I am not satisfied at all do to this information I receivedIf this shop was anywhere on the up and up I would have been informed of the leak or it would have been part of the warranty repair
I fill that this should have been part of the repair as it was part of the failure issueThe leak is the only reason the fluid was low and is what cause the situationIf this was a warranty extension the shop should make sure that the transmission was 100% before putting it back on the street and allowing a consumer and his family to get in the vehicle
I expect a full warranty repair before I am satisfied and knowing that my vehicle is safe and the transmission is working 100%

Mr***'s transmission was repaired and he was not charged anything for the repair
This repair was done beyond the warranty
Cause of the failure was low/lack of fluid due to leaks from axle sealsAt the time of repair, there was no obvious factor found leading to the axle seal leak
New axle seals were installed at the time of repair
Mr*** was advised to have his fluid checked when he had regular maintenance performed on the vehicle
Maintaining the oil level of the transmission is the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle

I was not charged anything and it is correct that it was completed beyond warranty as also mentioned in previous comments
It is untrue per the services and invoice that there was any work completed on the axel sealsI have a copy that shows the work completed

This business owner is cutting corners and is reporting repair statements about my vehicleI do have a copy that I am willing to submit to the Revdex.com of the repair invoice
