To whom it may concern,I am the Founder and Executive Director of the 501(c)(3)non-profit outreach organization that operates this wellness center The patient received a call from me shortly after this complaint was written with further clarification and explanation for what had happened, so at that point, I thought the matter was settled I did not know that he had already filed a complaint with your office it was a simple miscommunication that unfortunately, the patient seemed to take personal, most likely because he had shifted his own schedule to accommodate the perceived availability Understandable that he would be upset, but I am unclear how this would warrant a complaint to the Revdex.com Dr***, and all of our practitioners work only part-time with us as part of their service to the community Dr [redacted] had mentioned in passing that she needed to pick up her son that day after school, but hadn't been clear as to the exact time that she would need to leave As soon as the patient booked and the appointment came up on Dr***'s schedule, she notified the front desk that she would not be available as she had to pick up her son at 5:30pm (Obviously, in order to do this she would need to leave work even earlier than this at 5:or so.) She also mentioned that she prefers that patients take hours after her consult to book an actual appointment, so they have time to process the suggestions she had offered before committing to a course of action It was unfortunate timing that internal policy shifts were happening during the time of his call, but the policies were changing for the betterment of all our patient 's needs [redacted] , my Operations Director tried explaining this to him, but the patient didn't seem willing to listen at allAgain, I have spoken to the patient and explained all of this since this "Complaint" was submitted, and we seemed to come to a place of understanding.Hopefully this can be resolved without any further complication.Thanks!- [redacted] , [redacted] Alternative Healing NetworkAdams Avenue Integrative HealthAdams AveSan Diego, CA [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Good morning Ms [redacted] :I did not receive an email from you on 10/8/or thereaboutsSo I could not respond to something I did not receive.I do not agree with Mr [redacted] ’s description of what happened: he certainly minimizes the errors his business made and slanders me by saying “the patient didn’t seem willing to listen at all.” However, at this point, I do not choose to continue to debate what happenedI hope that this business begins to treat patients ethically and professionally, something that certainly did not happen in my case.Thank you for your assistance.Sincerely, [redacted]
