1.  Our company is represented by attorneys at this time.  We have made several attempts to satisfy this customer.  They didn't like the way the stone they picked out looked, they marked the areas, and we went back and cut out all the areas they had marked and relaid them.  Which...

we did not have to do,  we are not responsible for the cut of the stone, they should have picked different stone if they wanted a different appearance.2.  The entire masonry project was power washed with MD80, set by industry standards, even though, washing was not part of the contract.   The area that was cut and relaid to try and satisfy them, was hand washed with a broom, as to not apply too much chemical. They insisted the entire thing be washed again, which we agreed to do, however, they were informed that a waiver be signed  releasing us from damages that would occur, from using too many chemicals on the masonry, as per industry standards.  3.  There was 5 separate occasions of going back and resolving the unhappiness of these people.  There is only so much that can be done.  4.  After a stop payment on a title company check, we tried to call numerous times to try and resolve these issues,  with no response.  They were emailed numerous times with no response.  The owner went directly to the open construction site, the customer stated "i'm in here"  the owner proceeded in and the customer became very confrontational, and proceeded to hit the owner 3 times in the head with a hammer.  5.  The account has been paid in full.  And per our policy, that says you do not have to pay us until you are completely satisfied,  we  consider this matter closed, since they paid, they obviously are satisfied with our attempts to correct their issues.  We have been in business for 13 years, and never once have had a complaint, with a perfect A+ rating.  This has been consistent with our company,  We feel we have done everything humanly possible to satisfy these customers.
