Extremely upsetWe paid around hundred dollars for my husbands glassesInsurance covered all but around Contacted company back in September that my husbands vision was not good and that he was just hoping it was a matter of time to get use to the glassesNo one said their was only a sixth month warranty on the lensesThe girl on the phone said that they would honor the one year warranty and that my husband needed to get another exam through his doctor and then get back with themWe called the *** *** *** and they got him in October 8thThey said that progressive lenses would not work for him and that he’d have to get tri- focalsI called Central Ohio eyecare back and the mngr Laura said we should have been told that there was only a six month warranty on the lensesI could have explained to the eye institute that we needed the appt as soon as possible had we been told thatThese glasses were so expensiveLaura would NOT work with usShe refused to help outWe now have to wait til March to get another pair elsewhereThis company only cares about moneyWhen glasses are this expensive the company needs to make an allowance for month old lensesI told Laura I was filing a complaint and she said that would be fine
