Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2015/07/07) */ RE: Case # [redacted] : [redacted] This home was built for someone else and not for [redacted] , also the complaint should have been directed to [redacted] not Adams DevelopmentIt also appears Mr [redacted] started this compliant before he gave Adams Development an opportunity to address his problem On June 9th we learned of a possible problem with [redacted] , we attempted to reach [redacted] and learned he was on vacation and out of townAdams Development then contacted someone else to visit the home and work with the homeowner on their problem This is a manufacturer's issue regarding a recall between the homeowner and the manufacturerIf the homeowner was not satisfied with the response he was getting from [redacted] , he had every right to contact another repair service, instead of waiting years for a solution [redacted] has informed us they have been in contact with the homeowner and the coil will be replaced [redacted] told us he has handled over of these recall issues over the past years Thank you for giving us an opportunity to address Mr [redacted] 's concerns Sincerely, [redacted] Adams

before he gave Adams Development an opportunity to address his problem.
On June 9th we learned of a possible problem with [redacted], we attempted to reach [redacted] and learned he was on vacation and out of town. Adams Development then contacted someone else to visit the home and work with the homeowner on their problem.
This is a manufacturer's issue regarding a recall between the homeowner and the manufacturer. If the homeowner was not satisfied with the response he was getting from [redacted], he had every right to contact another repair service, instead of waiting 8 years for a solution.
[redacted] has informed us they have been in contact with the homeowner and the coil will be replaced. [redacted] told us he has handled over 200 of these recall issues over the past years.
