In March I purchase a new garage doors for my double garage door home They were installed in May of I paid approx $ We had a year warranty, in September we noticed dents and a large gap in the top panel of door Which let lots of cold air in the garage My son's room is above the garage which is the main reason why we replaced them, to avoid cold from coming from the floor We immediately called to have the issued repaired After many months of calling, finally [redacted] came to see the issue He said a new panel had to been ordered We Never heard back and again we had to continuously call to find out when the door was to be fixed We finally had the new panel replaced in March of weeks later the exact same thing happened We have had no issues with the other door just this one Again in the same spot We feel this is an installation issue as each door has been installed and bolted differently As the garage doors are still on warranty, We ca
