The cancellation policy for this business is that you have to mail off a form to Harrah, OK at least days before you want to cancel I did that and my membership was not cancelled The next month was taken out of my checking account The owner, Brian is very unhelpful and says there is nothing he can do and will not tell me when my money will be refunded This is one of the most expensive gyms in the area and to have such an outlandish policy when they do not even have a location in Harrah and will not give out the phone number so I can talk to the cancellation people directly after they were not permitted to take money from my account again is unacceptable I paid more to have proof of my mailing the form and sent that to Brian yesterday and he still will not give my money back
