Adams Fiberglass and Porcelain Repair and Refinishing

I am overjoyed wtih the result of my bathtub and shower surround that now look like new! Hands down, the best money I've ever spent for any contractor - on any of the many remodeling jobs I've had done over the years. This is a family-owned business that cares about pleasing the customer through its professionalism, workmanship and results. There were several examples: I was provided a specific quote that did not vary. Another small, but meaningful example: the owner's very courteous and kind nephew, [redacted], called before his on-time arrival. Then, upon arrival, he carefully covered the wood floor between the front door and the bathroom as well as the bathroom tile floor. Concern for a job well done was further demonstrated by [redacted], the owner, who came by later to inspect the work. I am a very happy customer who highly recommends Adams Fiberglass without reservation. You will not be disappointed, I'm certain!

Normally, I do not review companies or the service I receive from them, but I am making an exception because Adams Fiberglass and Porcelain is an exceptional company.

She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained the process of refinishing a tub without using any confusing “shop talk” that I wouldn’t have understood in the first place.

I'm an owner that lives in another state but have property in Arizona. I needed a bathtub repair to my property and had no idea who to call. I called numerous companies but every call was very frustrating with all different responses but none that would really help resolve the issue. Finally I called this company and what a relief they were to me. [redacted] was the nicest sharpest person I had talked to out the numerous "big" companies I had called. She was fast, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. She scheduled me for an appt., explained their full process (which was just like the larger franchise companies) and I was taken care of....right then and there. Not to mention they were less expensive that the larger companies as well. Her employee showed up on time, was clean, fast and did an excellent job at the repair. You couldn't even tell there had every been a crack in the fiberglass nor a repair done of any kind. I would suggest that you don't waste you time on the other companies and just call Adams for any Fiberglass and/or Porcelain repair or refinishing......because they're truly the best !!

I shopped around and only one of [redacted]'s competitors had come in less, but they missed there appointment with me and did not call and I am happy they didn't because [redacted] and [redacted] did a Great Job! They were right on time. [redacted]'s wife [redacted] was able to squeeze me into there busy schedule and rather that the 2 weeks they were back logged they came the very next day. [redacted] and [redacted] were a great team and did a meticulous job! [redacted] even tried talking me into doing just the floor as money was an Issue for me. [redacted]'s Wife [redacted] was very friendly, courteous, and knows the business well. I would Highly recommend Adams Fiberglass and Porcelain repair and refinishing.
