We were hired by the seller to provide foundation repair to the mentioned propertyWe promptly arrived on the agreed upon start dateWe worked for four days on the projectOn the third day, there was a down pour of rain that caused water to enter the basement through a side entry doorThis had nothing to do with our scope of work and is completely unrelatedOn the fourth day I spoke with [redacted] and she advised that the water was caused due to one of our employees cracking a clay sewer pipeWhen we cracked the pipe, we properly fixed it with pvc pipe and rubber furnco's [redacted] was insistent that we caused the water intrusionAt our cost, we hired O'Fallon Sewer to perform a sewer inspectionO'Fallon Sewer concurred that the water was due to the poor grade at the rear of the home and the large amount of rainfallThey did however find some faulty wiring on the exterior that was causing the sewer pump alarm to go off [redacted] also mentioned to O'Fallon Sewer that she had recently had some work done to her sewer by another company a couple weeks prior to Adams performing our workShe also stated there had been previous backupsDuring our conversation with [redacted] , she told us that if Adams was not going to do the job properly then we need to leave her propertyI advised that if she was firing us that we would be leaving the property in its current unsupported condition and she would forego the 50% non refundable depositShe at that time ceased communication and ended the callAdams accepts 50% down prior to projects to cover the cost of materials and laborThat 50% was spent on material and labor and will not be refundedAdams had aprx hours worth of work left to complete the project and was supposed to get the remaining 50% which would cover additional costs and any profitAs a company we lost money on this situationI have attached a letter that was sent via registered mail as a settlement agreementWe have not yet gotten a response to this letter

I wrote a bad review for Adams cracked foundation there was a response by saying they left my home clean & I was told ahead of time they would not be putting the paneling back up before they took it off and that I did not pay all the moneyPlease add this attached document onto my complaint showing that they were paid in full and I received my warranty

Epoxy paste cannot be smoothed out after it has set upAny grinding or sanding of epoxy will create a dust which is poisonous and hazardous to inhale.

You initially hired us to install wall anchors intended to support the wall that was leaning inWall anchors are a structural repair only and were described to you in that wayWhen we core drill through the wall there is always a chance of moisture penetrationThat is why we due-diligence and pack the exterior with hydraulic cementWithin the warranty you were provided, you will not see where we guarantee no moisture penetration post installWe do however offer an additional service if you experience water, we can come and estimate having polyurethane injected behind the plates to prevent future water penetration. Additionally, you had mentioned about us needing to tighten the nuts on the platesWe did come out and tighten the nuts days after the concrete piers curedWe advised you at that time that if he notices and nuts loose to call us back and we will come out and tighten at no chargeWe have spoken with you on the phone multiple times and you have stated that the nuts are tightIf there are loose nuts, then please call our office and schedule a time for a technician to come out. I hope we have answered your questions and concernsIf not, please let us know

I am submitting before & after pictures.? Pictures of how they left my home.? They did not cover anything.? They did not ask
me to cover my furniture.? When I came back downstairs to check on them, my jukebox was dusty.? As well as my couch & loveseat were covered in dust.? They had paneling laying on my small freezer while they were working.? The stain you see on the floor against the wall is polyurethane.? I had to open the lower patio door to let the dust out.?
