Very unprofessional environment. First, it took me over six weeks to even get an appt. with the Lynchburg office. After taking three online exams, I was able to get a time slot to go in for what I thought was an interview. There was one person at the desk trying to do the job of about three people. The office was dirty... I sat next to a used, balled up tissue. The computer room where you have to take even more screening tests and add your personal information was loud... a woman was on her cell phone arguing with her husband. It was extremely distracting. Most disturbing to me was the urine test. I was handed a cup and told to leave it on the back of the toilet when finished. They have a sign posted in the restroom that says "If you think you cannot pass the urine test today... don't worry. Just tell us and come back in a few days." WHAT?! If you are a business and are paying this company to find you reputable employees I would go elsewhere. Disappointed and disgusted.
