My experience with the [redacted] and the Harrisonburg Virginia office ...were .. Unprofessional rude vulgar allitude. Lack of communication, office staff having family and friends viditing when clients are waiting. Misleading misrepresenting information --- for example saying one thing and not following thru. There needs to be some type of legislation regarding these agencies ....I will be placing a complaint with the BBB and my local legitlators ....
