Eli was quick and friendly to get us a quoteWhen I was satisfied with quote, I was told he would call me back to set up a date ( to be following Monday or Tuesday)I had to call him Monday to see what was going on, he told me Wednesday @ 9amHe called Wednesday minutes before he was to arrive to say he was running behind, that he was on his way to supply store and would be over after thatSame conversation he asked what he had quoted me, I read him off what I wrote down, he questioned his own quote stating he did not write it downI broke it down for him from his words the details of each part of the repair/paint/addition costsHe seemed surprised and like he was asking someone else that was with himTwo hours later he called again, that he was JUST THEN at the supply store and had not bought his supplies yetAt this point I cancelled the dealWhen I tried to explain that his business ethics did not match my expectations he continuously interrupted me with excuses
