In response to this complaint the homeowner was very demanding that we get a motor out there right away we went and got a partially used motor put in his unit and it was working just fine then they called in and demanded another new holder we had already put one motor in and pounds of refrigerant at $a pound we came back out there and was putting in a new motor a subcontractor hired by the name of [redacted] took the money and went and got another motor and kept the rest for his wages for his labor he said that homeowner did not want him out there they had another company on the way and told him to leave I have not seen [redacted] sense

In reference to complaint number *** *** there was pounds of refrigerant Radded to this system at $a pound we also was told to leave the new motor at the customer's house that the new company was putting in the motor we made trips to the house the check that they gave to us was forged
to buy the daughter it was not even his signature so we should also take a look at the fraud that the family committed with the check
