Workmanship for everything to do with the drywall and paint is beyond ridiculous When we reviewed our list of 30+ items that included 80+ photos with the Production Manager and General Manager their general response after hrs was "it is a feature of the material used" The last time I looked at drywall when at Lowe's and Home Depot it didn't have any bubbling, cracking, or broken sections and paint doesn't soak into wood or drywall when primed As of today, mths after closing, we have submitted about warranty work orders on some items that the Bonded Builders Warranty covers, but Adams states isn't covered because of the one page non-warranty items they have buyers review and sign after completing their walk-thru For a company of this size that has been in business for yrs you would certainly think they would hold their sub-contractors to a better standard
