The company should return the item I paid for A 50% refund is not acceptable I paid 100% of the purchase price, I returned the item at my expenseIf the company claims the item is used, they should return it

The company told me via email I had options, get a 50% refund or have the item returned I choose to have the item returned Hours later they retracted their return of what I paid for and said they can only offer a 50% refundRegardless of the outcome of the *** claim, a company should stand by its word I have emails to show *** said the item could be returned instead of a 50% "restocking fee." In this case a restocking fee is nothing more than rubbish I want the item I paid for returned to meI have purchased many many items online over the years and this is the worst experience I've ever had In fact, I've never filed a complaint against anyone Most companies do what they should to treat their customers right Clearly not this one Please see attached email from ***, who provided the initial offer to return the item

I'm sorry but we have to follow [redacted]'s policies. We have replied to your A-Z claim in [redacted] and at this point the resolution is up to them. There is nothing more we can do until [redacted] makes a determination on the case.
