Adams Law Firm, Chtd

I originally hired John A to represent me in two cases & paid for the first case & put down money on the second case. The first case ended on the 19th of June. I requested an invoice on the 25th of June which I never received. I called on the 28th of June to inform I was not going to be using this firm for my second case & to let them know I never received the invoice I requested & to request a refund for the monies paid out thus far for the pending second case that is not due for trial until August. I spoke with Mandy & she stated " I asked Mr. Adams about the invoice & he told me not send you an invoice". I went to the office on the 29th of June to collect the paperwork I provided to the firm for both cases & again stated I would like an invoice & a refund on the money paid for the second case he is not representing me in. Lady at the desk said "he is not in court today so I will ask him to contact you about it". I did not hear from Adams so I called again July 6th to again request an invoice, a refund & to make sure the paperwork to have him removed from my case had been filed. The person on the phone stated " Mr. Adams filed that paperwork on Monday with the court (which would've been July 2nd)& if you have any further questions about that you need to call the court house". She said she would again let Adams know about my requests. I called the court clerks office & was informed Adams didn't file the paperwork until July 10th. I have to date asked 3 times for an invoice & refund & have not been contacted about either. I would also like to add Mr. Adams is rude & did not show up to court on time which lead to my 1st court appearance being dismissed so I had to pay out more money to file for an appeal.
