Review: We ordered an item over the phone. He asked for a description and model number of the fork lift. When the part came in, it wasn't the right part. We paid a deposit for the item. When the part came in we paid in cash. When we returned the part, he charged us 30% of the price of the part. This policy is not posted in the place of business nor was it expressed verbally during the transaction. The item was still in the original box, unopened.Desired Settlement: We want a refund of the $32.
