After waiting several weeks without response, phone calls and 'e'mail were made requesting a status update, all went unanswered. A certified letter was sent requesting return of company property, that too has been ignored.Return postage was pre-paid by us. All [redacted] needs to do is request a pick-up from Fed-X to return our property.Desired Settlement: Return of our goods and materials.
