Mr. [redacted] brought infour carburetors on April 22 for a [redacted] motorcycle to be cleaned. We disassembled the carburetors , cleaned carbs which had fine rust in them, replaced float needles and installed new carb bowl gaskets as  requested.  Mr [redacted]...

picked up his carburetors on April 30th.  On May  1 Mr [redacted] called stating that we did not clean the carb, We had Mr. [redacted] speak with the mechanic who performed the work, who told him to bring back the carbs so we can inspect them. Mr. [redacted] called back again stating he removed the carbs from the motorcycle and disassembled 2 carbs stating again we did not clean them and we also put the wrong carb bowl gaskets on.  We questioned him on what procedures he performed on cleaning his gas tank and flushing the system to clean out the rust, which he could not answer. We again asked him  to bring his carbs back to us and we would take a look at them. Mr. [redacted] did not bring the carbs back.  The carburetors were cleaned and parts were replaced, we have the old parts here. If the customer did not perform the proper procedure in cleaning his gas tank and cleaning out gas lines before running his motorcycle the rust and debris is going to clog the carburetors again.  We guarantee our work,. We need to see the carburetor's so we can examine what the actual problem is. The customer is requesting a refund. We think we have done everything possible to satisfy Mr. [redacted] and we are not going to issue a refund at this point.

Review: I had brought a carburetor to be rebuilt and cleaned and when I put it back in the machine it still did not work. They did not clean the carburetors properly and use inappropriate parts.Desired Settlement: Refund for services and parts that were to be used to fix the carburetor
