Very upset about Adams pest controlI have had a contract with them for going on plus years with no problemI then come across some termites in my bathroom for the first timeI take a picture of the termite and email it to Adams pest control so they can confirm that it is a termiteThey did confirm that it was and said someone will come out on certain dayThe day that was scheduled for them to come out I got a no call no show I tried to rebook and same thing, no call no showI kept calling their office many times and they told me I would need to talk with their manager JerryHe tells me he will come out on another dayI feel like there is hope now that a manager is involvedLet me just say that it took about weeks from the time I saw the termite till he finally booked this day to show upThe day he was to show I had to leave for business but I told Jerry that I'll leave fence open and he has permission to go under crawl space without me being thereSo I come home later that day and nothing looks done and I see under crawl space and looks like no one has been under and I see cob webs blocking the entrance so im pretty sure no one came byAnyways I call Jerry and he tells me he had someone come out and everything is fineI don't believe him but hey, I wasn't there so I'll Give benefit of the doubtSo about to weeks later I have a friend that's a home builder/contractor for greater Little Rock come by and look underneath where my bathroom is (where I saw the first termite)He comes back out of the crawl space and tells me my main floor joist under where the tub sits is so damaged by termites that he is going to have to replace itSeems Jerry either lied to me or his crew lied to himSo I get on the phone immediately and call Jerry and tell him the newsNow that he knows I have live termites he comes out the next day with crew and sprays all underneathThen tells me it needs days before I can repair the floorsHe also tells me to call him after days and he will come out and look to see how it isdays have passed and I call and set up appointment for today...Tuesday He asked me to text him last Friday with my address so I didI also texted him this morning letting him know when I will be there and if he needs me to callI get no response from the text I get home at Noon and then I call himIt goes to voicemail and I leave a msgStill nothingI will definitely be calling Revdex.com and calling their office tomorrow so they can make this right
I would suggest that you go with another termite company, this one seems to have a time management and customer service problems
Termite inspection was not performed as statedRequested inspection report received copy duplicate of year before with no year written on itContacted Adams they said techWas no longer thereIf they were aware of this why wasn't I informedOnly offered to reinspect after they got caught.Other customers should be made aware of thisThinking there homes are safe from termites when they may not beI have copies of inspection sheets and photos of entrance to crawl space to back up claims ADAMS PEST CONTROL CUSTOMERS BEWAR,,,,,!!!!!!!!!!
