In response the complaint filed on 2/20/for the above ID number, [redacted] did contact our company to place on order on 2/17/She lives on a private lane ofwhich we deliver to other homes on that lane and have documentation that it is aprivate lane and you can’t get in the private lane in the winter with snow and ice in aregular fuel truck and must bring a smaller wheel drive truckI told her that weneeded to deliver in that truck of which we were already scheduled a week out forthat truckShe needed it sooner and insisted we could use a regular fuel truckShethen raised her voice, swore at me and hung upI was so upset by this as we diddeliver to her years prior in January of while we were delivering to anotherhome and she begged me to only deliver her gallons instead of the minimum 100gallons because she could not pay for gallonsWe made an exception for herand we did only deliver the gallons since she needed heatOur driver couldbarely navigate the private lane and could not get up her drk’eway due to the snowand ice so she had to help him salt the bottom of her driveway so he could park asfar In as he could safely park the truck and had to pull the entire length of the hoseon the truck to reach her tank which is behind her houseThereftwe, It is required todeliver this home and any others on that Private lane in a smaller truckI called herback to explain that to her and said if she can’t wait a week, she might want tocontact another scipplier or her regular supplier for a delivery possibly sooner than aweekShe used profanity again, said she will never order from our company andmake suit no one else on her street ever orders from us again and hung up on me.Within minutes her husband called and stated yelling of which I felt I did not haveto listen to his harassment and kindly asked him to not contact us againOurcompany makes every effort possible to deliver heating oil to everyone In a safe andtimely manner but must do so in the order they are receivedThis has been anexceptionally rough winter with the cold temperatures and the amount of ice andsnow on roads and driveways which backs up the delivery schedule

Review: On Tuesday February 17,2015 I called this company and asked what the pricing was on heating #2 oil. I needed to get some heating oil and was looking to purchase this from them and have it delivered. When I called the first time the person answering the phone was pleasant and gave me the pricing, I said thank you and hung up. I called back again after speaking with my husband to see how many gallons we would need. When I told the person on the phone I wanted to place an order, they proceeded to ask how many gallons and where I lived. I said oh, i've ordered from you before and the lady ([redacted]) turned very nasty and said "ya, like 2 years ago". I responded with is that a problem? Are you saying you wont deliver to me because it has been 2 years since I ordered from you? She then proceeded to get even more nasty while asking about the road leading to my house and our drive way. I told her it was snow covered but no ice. And that my drive had snow on it. She proceeded to complain about the last time she delivered us oil and how her truck had a hard time. She then began to yell at me. So I hung up the phone, I was not going to be yelled at. She ([redacted]) called me back and continued to yell at me, stating 2 yrs ago, I didn't have money to get oil and she did me a favor. I began to raise my voice and said I have never not had money to order oil, considering all places require COD, I have never had an issue with paying. She got even more beligerant with me. I said never mind I do not want to place an order now. And [redacted] said " fine by me go back and order from your local place" I said ok I will and hung up. I have never been treated so rudely. I can not believe that they operate that way and treat customers with such little respect. I hung up because I refused to be yelled at in such a manner. And am even more appauled that [redacted] called me back to continue to yell at me. I told my husband and he called her, to ask why she yelled at me and she told him he was harrassing her and hung up.Desired Settlement: No settlement wanted. Just wanted to alert the Revdex.com of how they treat customers
