honest, I was out the side gate to retrieve my channel locks from truck when she kindly walked away and said my garage is closerThe $quoted and approved was for the backyard sprinkler code required back-flow device which required much diggingIt was our suggestion that, due to her dogs abusing all sprinkler pop-ups, that she hold off funds towards the backyard device, that it was *** idea to continue with the services however, forward the money towards the much needed pressure regulatorI don't deny the fact that $is a bit steep, at least for Adams Plumbing LLC to install new 3/4" PRV valve however, I have personally witnessed company quotes charge near that muchOur intentions, and the reason we are trusted company, was to proceed with the Wednesday's scheduled appointment, that this client would be treated fairly and lower premium would only apply if she chose no other serviceIn my opinion, this complaint is pointless as, on 5/5/we texted miss Swiss that we are mailing her a refundThat same evening we sent her detailed email stating she paid total $and was charged $307.50, only because she backed out of signed agreement, for the service rendered, that $was mailed back. I too am from a foreign country however, currently am proud to be US citizen and anything but racist. Initial quote of $859.60 was a rip off and now the $307.50 is also a rip off. I have no problem refunding the $325.00 however, that would not resolve the point of this matter. As with most of my clients, we often ask how they located Adams Plumbing LLC and Valerie's response was the Revdex.com, that Adams had perfect A+ rating, that this owner rarely submits contacting contractors and does most of the work herself. In my opinion, this complaint is an ego issue with Miss [redacted] and because she allowed first time contractor into her home based on her vigorous feedback search, in a way we feel honored that we made the cut. The higher percentage of trades entities do NOT provide quotes via phone therefore she was clueless of the current high volume of plumbing service calls all over Denver and the increase in rates. At first, the look on her face, even the $125.00 was a rip off. I respect the caseworker's decision, whatever it may be, but please note...if Adams, or any other service entity, have a signed agreement between two parties and, if the consumer after the fact, because they are clueless, change their mind voiding the signed agreement, kinda like-yes your in business to uphold the plumbing codes but...Miss [redacted] doesn't care that she accidentally opened a valve that poured gallons of water or installed a toilet but didn't know how to adjust the fill valve and, if our rip off priced expertise, located on the Revdex.com, wasn't activated, perhaps the water meter would still be on high alert. As per our initial email sent to Miss [redacted] on May 5th at 8:54pm, same service date, and speaking for local Denver trades professionals, Adams Plumbing LLC will refund the consumer total of $325.00, that she forward these funds towards the high water bill.
