The Arborist offered us a great customer expierienceAs a local business, we were very happy with the work they completed on our propertyThey do seem to be quite busy so we had to wait a while for them to fit us in the scheduleThat said, their crew was professional and cleaned up more than necessary
They initially came to do an assessment and remove a snag which was an overhead hazardWhile they were working, a second hazard was identified and they addressed it for our families safety
We would definitely recommend The Arborist to friends and neighbours

No service charge but a per hr no matter how long the tech was here- did not check line only replaced a breaker that we had already replace and had the same problem less than two weeks late a were told is was the appliance - so we got a repair service on the appliance and it was the electric lineThey said the take a picture of the outlet and send it to them Call another electrician and correct the problem in the line for half the cost - will never call On time ever again and they were late on the original and only visit Would never use again and would not recomment

He was very professional. The overall estimate was a bit more than we thought it should be, but Stephen was on the job for a full two business days. .

I was told no service charge, but then got quoted 125.00 for one. I merely needed a double breaker to my water heater replaced and the connection to the water heater checked. (It was connected properly by the plumbers). I was told the breaker I needed wasnt on his service truck and he had to drive to Home Depot for one (!2 miles away). Hour and a half later he returns and then charges me 275.00 for two hours of labor. He states the breaker will be no cost. LOL. I am quite sure the breaker was on his very equipped service truck the whole time. I only had 190.00 in my purse at the time, which he GLADLY accepted and since I told him I had no checks, he said he would give me a discount since I was having such a bad day. To be quoted 275.00 to have a breaker replaced is definitely having a bad day. The owner Rick stated that there will be no refund for me. And the breaker is installed poorly...it jiggles. I will never call this company again.
