went there on 5/20, presented myself to the customer and shook handsHe said my tech discolored the front benchI confronted the tech and our procedure is to take all furniture off of the porch, patio etcwhich he did doCustomer stated he isn't concerned about the benchCustomer also stated tech used hot water on the back of houseNot true, he only used hot water on front gutterHe also said that the tech ruined a bungee cord on the fire pit which was feet away from the houseI asked to see it but he threw it awayCustomer said he wasn't concerned about any of these issues just the spots on the patio that were not there when we startedI then stated that I would pay for all damages if he was willing to take a lie detector test along with my techAt first he agree until I told him that the looser pays for the testHe told me he was going to take me to small claims courtI said ok and then he asked me to leave his property so I didI also told him that I want to bring in a concrete expert and get a second opinionI didn't call him a liarI did state that "someone isn't telling the truth"
We didn't power wash his patioWe low pressure rinsed it with plain waterThe solution we use for cleaning a house doesn't cause spots or damage to the acrylic sealer on patiosAny body that knows about sealers knows that acrylic sealer is almost impossible to take off even if trying to
The husband signed off on the job performed with no complaintsAnd he has referred us to several other neighborsAnd he didn't call with this complaint until weeks after the job was completedThat seems a little odd to take that long to call

I was very disappointed when I called Adams Power shower and the guy who answered seemed very busy and seems distactedI made an appointment and they never even showed up or called me
I wonder if he even set my appoint up on his booksI waited all day at my house and NOTHING!!!
I will never call them to use them or will be referring them to any of my friends!!!

patio. I went there on 5/20, presented myself to the customer and shook hands. He said my tech discolored the front bench. I confronted the tech and our procedure is to take all furniture off of the porch, patio etc. which he did do. Customer stated he isn't concerned about the bench. Customer also stated tech used hot water on the back of house. Not true, he only used hot water on front gutter. He also said that the tech ruined a bungee cord on the fire pit which was 15 feet away from the house. I asked to see it but he threw it away. Customer said he wasn't concerned about any of these issues just the spots on the patio that were not there when we started. I then stated that I would pay for all damages if he was willing to take a lie detector test along with my tech. At first he agree until I told him that the looser pays for the test. He told me he was going to take me to small claims court. I said ok and then he asked me to leave his property so I did. I also told him that I want to bring in a concrete expert and get a second opinion. I didn't call him a liar. I did state that "someone isn't telling the truth".
We didn't power wash his patio. We low pressure rinsed it with plain water. The solution we use for cleaning a house doesn't cause spots or damage to the acrylic sealer on patios. Any body that knows about sealers knows that acrylic sealer is almost impossible to take off even if trying to.

We had an urgent need - needed to get our patios cleaned up for real estate photography. Adams Power Shower was booked, but found a way to fit us in and what we thought was a small project turned out to be a day-long project. We appreciated the guys staying to do what needed to be done. They looked at our home like their own and offered great recommendations. Adams Power Shower is not the cheapest provider our there, but we believe you get what you pay for. Adams did a fantastic job, was easy to schedule, and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Bravo!
