the materials ordered and installing the sheet rock / insulation to help the client out Mrs.[redacted] is a very sweet person and we as always strive to make 100% sure our clients are as happy as we can make them. the back porch issue was Mr.[redacted] advised us that he wanted nails instead of screws to be used to try to cut costs against our suggestions but and wanted to paint / seal the treated lumber immediately as to move the process along as we also advised that this was not a good idea because this will cause the lumber to shrink even more there is a 10in bar the goes around the perimeter of the back porch and two of the railing verticals have about a 3/4 in gab I have advised the client I will happily return to solve the issue. thank you and have a blessed day
