Review: In jan. 2015 I had both of my ac units replaced in the attic right next to one of the units was a water line..On friday oct. 2 my wife discovered a wet wall in the hallway.I called a plummer to check it out .[redacted] was the plummer.He discovered the leak in the water line next to the ac unit so I called the ac co. they sent aman who took pictures and said if it was theiir fault they would make all the repairs..This was on saturday oct.3 I did not hear back from them so on wed. oct. 7 I called them and talked to the owner [redacted] and he told me by just looking at 3 little pictured on a telephone he was not responsible for the leak and would not do any thing about it.The only ones who have been in the attic since that line was installed was his men it is funny that line has been up there for 6 years without any promblemes until his men worked up there.I think he should owe up to the truth and do right.Desired Settlement: Admit that it is possible they did it and offer some kind of settlement to offset the over $ I HAVE TO PUT OUT NOW1000

I was referred to Adams to buy a part for my AC. I used to buy parts from [redacted] and [redacted] when I had a contractors license. Since I switched professions I can not buy from wholesale houses anymore. I spoke to [redacted] at Adams and he was very knowledgeable and he helped me to get the part that I needed. In fact he helped me find an aftermarket part that was half the price of the one the manufacture was selling. I was able to give [redacted] my model number over the phone and he did all the research for me. Then I payed over the phone and picked up my part close to were I was. All in all I saved money and time because of the helpful and friendly service at Adams. I will use them again and will be recommending them to everyone I can.

Adams Refrigeration is great! The owner and employees really care about diagnosing the problem correctly the so it can be fixed properly. The technician that came out to fix my ac unit was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took care of me as a customer.

Recently our church found ourselves needing to replace one of the 20ton units on our Worship Center. On a recommendation from a member we called Adams and from beginning to completion the experience has been nothing but A+++! The estimate, the timeline, the professionalism, the courtesy extended, the cooperation, and the "keeping us in the loop" along the way made the experience the very best it could be under the circumstances of need. Without reservation we would recommend Rex Porter and his staff! The finished product, first used yesterday (10-6-2013) performed flawlessly!
