Simply not true.The men did trow trash in the customers trash binand there were empties from the afternoon beforeOn Friday at the end of the day we may sit and have a few beers at our shop and discuss events of the weekThe bag with empties was accidently left in the back of pickup truck.? The guys worked with me on Saturday morning installing a poolthen they went to install liner in BrocktonWhile waiting for water one of them cleaned out the truck and threw it in customers dumpsterCustomer tipped the boys for a job well donecustomer called about a week later and told us of some cracked plastic capsthen started with the bad mouthing the crewI told him I would talk to the guys and get their story and call him backI did and I called him backThis is when the verbal abuse started from the customerHe called me his [redacted] a couple of times and threatened legal actionWe laughed him off and told him we might have the caps he needed and I would get back to himWe found some back cover support brackets for his model poolI called him back looking for his address because one of the guys wanted to go there and replace them for himWhen I called the customer he again became verbally abusive to meI told him that he sounded like a punk and just give me the address so that we may help himMore verbal abuse from the punk on the phoneI asked for his addressHe got scared and would not give me his address because I might come to see himAt that point I had had enoughI told him to read our workorder it clearly states that we are not responsible for broken plastic pieces on his 10+yr old pool.? I ended the conversationSince I have received texts from this man who can not use my name when communicating with meHe goes from calling me sir to dude repeatadly to calling me his ***! so I refuse to talk to himHe is not covered under warrantyI tried to help this man but he can't help himselfThe conversations start alright but he gets verbally abusive every timeSorry We can't help this manWe tried but he wants to bully uswe simply don't want any beefs with customersWe are willing to assist people but not under their threatsBut we wish him well and have informed him of the exact product name if he wishes to replace the cracked plastic partsI thank you for hearing our side of this sad storyWe tried to be helpful and responsibleCan't please everyone but we do tryWe are honest and straight forward with customersWe supply labor and warranty our laborwe can not warranty the product even when new never mind 10=yr old plasticThank you [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Mr[redacted] response is once again not true and once again putting blame on us as he is clearly unwilling to take accountability as well as making up informationFirst of all my husband nor I called him or his workers profane namesMy husband called him “Buddy” and Mr [redacted] went wild on the phone saying I am not your buddy.the word [redacted] was NEVER usedWe are not stooping to his childish level with name callingHis men came and were fast and we did tip them BEFORE we saw the damage they caused which was about minutes after they left and we called IMMEDIATELY minutes later that very same dayNot a week laterWe clearly have phone records showing every call placed and what day and time the calls were madeWhen we spoke to the employee he advised us they would order parts and come back and would call us the next day which was totally acceptableTwo days later we never heard back and tried calling this employee s cell phone again and now he would not answer our calls so we called [redacted] the owner whom immediately refused to accept the fact his men were indeed drinking alcohol while working on our property and most likely broke all these caps on the pool because they were intoxicatedI have shown Mr [redacted] clips from our surveillance cameras that clearly support this claimMy pool is far from plus years oldIt was purchased at [redacted] Pool on 5/4/per my receiptIt has been very well taken care of and the caps were in perfect condition until [redacted] Ent took them off and broke them allWe did not sign any contract saying they were not responsible for breaking anythingThis company overall is very unprofessional, making up information that is not true, and he has been the one that was abusive to us from the very minute we called him with a complaintWhen my husband called him buddy he just does it out of habit Mr [redacted] told him we made this personal now and that’s when my husband stated he will just involve his lawyer then because it was getting too difficult to come to a peaceful resolution with himI have supporting documents, photos, messages to back up the truth because Mr [redacted] lies and is a very unprofessional businessman Regards, [redacted] ? ?
