We did speak with the customer several times and it was shipped as we promised on Wednesday the 17th. The earliest we would have shipped according to our policy would have been the 16th as it takes 24 hours/1...

business day to fulfill the order. We emailed and sent info to all customers letting them know we had many orders and were getting to them as quickly as possible.
The order was delivered on 12/19 this week at the front door.

Complaint

I have ordered a product from them 3 weeks before Christmas in hopes that it would be here before the holiday. However, after I ordered the product online, I received about 3 emails confirming my order but never received an email with the status of my order. They tell you to go to the website to...

check the status of the order but there was no place for checking your order status as the website is poorly designed. When I called customer service they never answered, only an answering machine saying that customer service is unavailable. I left a message and haven't heard back from them. I have called about 7 times. I even called their store and spoke with a general manager who transferred me to the warehouse department and no one answered there either. The general manager did not offer to help. They seem to have it set up where customers aren't able to speak to anyone and it makes me feel scammed.







Desired Resolution

If this is not a scam, I would like my order to be delivered before Christmas so that my son can have his gift to open. I would also like someone to contact me ASAP. Thank you.
