I came back after a year and there were mould on some items, a dead mouse, nests and droping in many boxes. The owner agreed to get some boxes of clothes dry cleaned and he got my mattress treated. I disposed of one couch which was disgusting. I wanted a full reimbursement as I did not get the service I paid for. I only got $[redacted] back.
