I have finally able to reach mr. [redacted] , I have spoken with him and im going to try and resolve his issues if I can.

MR [redacted] DID PURCHASE I [redacted] PITRUCK FROM ADAMS STREET MOTORS, ONCE HE TOOK DELIVERY OF THE TRUCK A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER HE MADE US AWARE OF SOME ISSSUES HE HAD WITH REQUARDS TO HIS INSPECTION.THE HAD FAILED FOR A FRONT LEFT TIRE,AND ALSO THE AIR BAG LIGHT HAD COME ON, HE THEN REQUESTED THAT WE TAKE THE TRUCK BACK DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO REPAIR THE TRUCKHE BROUGHT THE TRUCK DOWN AND SPOKE WITH THE OWNER [redacted] WE INFORMED HIM WE WOULD REPAIR THE ITEMS THE TRUCK FAILED FOR .A TIRE WHITCH WOULD COST AROUND 100.00, ALSO HIS OWNER REPAIR SHOP TOLD HIM WAS SENSOR THAT WOULD COST AROUND TO REPAIRIS WHAT HE PAID FOR THE TRUCK,TO REPAIR INSPECTION ISSUES WOULD COST US AROUND TO FIX FOR HIM HE THEN HAS DECIDED WE SHOULD BUY FOUR NEW TIRES WHITCH IS HOW HE IS INFLATING THE REPAIR COSTWE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE CARE OF THE INSPECTION REPAIR AS WE ARE REQUIRED TO DOHE DECLINED TO HAVE US DO THIS AND DECIDED HE JUST WOULD LIKE TO GIVE IT BACK,HE IS MORE THAN WELCOME TO PURCHSE THREE OTHER TIRES FOR THE TRUCK AS WE WOULD PAY TO REPLACE THE ONE TIRE THAT FAILED BY A MASS STATE INSPECTIONWE ALSO HAVE PHOTOS OF THE TIRES THAT ARE CURRENLY ON THIS TRUCK.WE ARE AGAIN MORE THAN WILLING TO REPAIR HIS INSPECTION ISSUES WE HAVE RELIED THIS TO MR [redacted] HE HAS DECLINED TO HAVE US REPAIR HIS TRUCK THANKS FOR YOUR TIME ANY QUESTIONS CAN BE DIRECTED TO [redacted] ###-###-####

WE DID AS MR*** ASKED WE CONTACTED THE SHOP HE BROUGHT THE TRUCK TO,PRECISION AUTO REPAIR, SKOKE WITH *** THE ADVISER NOTED ON THE PAPER WORKHE STATED WE DO NOT HAVE TO PUT FOUR NEW TIRES ON THIS TRUCK, THIER IS ONE BAD TIRE, BUT YOU JUST HAVE TO MATCH THE CORRECT TIRES REMAINING WITCH ARE IN GOOD CONDITION, WE HAVE SAID WE ARE WIKLLING TO DO THIS AND THE AIR BAG SENSOR, *** ADDED THE ONLY WAY YOU NEED FOUR TIRES IF YOU CHANGE THE TYPE OF TIREHE ALSO SAID HE EXPLAINED THIS TO MR*** SAID MR*** CAN GIVE HIM A CALL AND HE WILL REVIEW THIS WITH HIM AND CLARIFY ITTHESE ARE THE ONLY ISSUES OUTSTANDING FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE MASS STATE INSPECTION

my point was that when you call over the phone with problems I can only try and give reasons that may cause those problemwas only trying to help! when I cant do something for your car, I try and give some direction as to a place that maybe able to help you. I was only trying to give you advice .im very sorry you feel the way you do I never pretend to have something repaired .if a part was installed and fails I can have it replaced by the supplier with in a reasonable time.I never saw you after you called me about the vibration. I wasn't offering tires was offering to have them balanced cant control what I car does nor would I tell you would never have a problem with a used carbut did tell you if you have problems with the car weather in or out of your warranty, I would try to help you.it seem s my good intentions didn't pay off so for that I am sorry you feel the way you doI believe I did my best by you and your carI still would try and help you if I could

HE THEN HAS DECIDED WE SHOULD BUY FOUR NEW TIRES WHITCH IS HOW HE IS INFLATING THE REPAIR COST. WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE CARE OF THE INSPECTION REPAIR AS WE ARE REQUIRED TO DO.   I once again include details of the estimate – of which Mr. [redacted] has a copy – that I received from my ASE-Certified, Revdex.com Accredited auto repair shop, for the necessary safety repairs to the truck. These are the words and numbers of the repair shop, not my words and numbers. If Mr. [redacted] reads the estimate carefully, he will see that the cost of the seat belt pretensioner repair is actually $275.30, and he will also see why 4 tires are needed. From estimate:“1. Install computer and test air bag system for codes. Cannot communicate with air bag computer, air bag light flashing code 29.Needed fuse 26 now has code 47 {1881} passenger side seat belt pretensioner needed.Remove seat and install new passenger side seat belt pretensioner.Est cost labor 150, part oem 125.90 Total 275.30 2. This is a auto with 140k miles on it which sometimes are bound to have problems with.  I told her always come back if she had problems, I could help her at least with parts. They do not make new parts for this car anymore. I did not want another shop to take advantage of her. Her car was...

shaking when she was on the highway. I told her bring it in. It needed an alignment and tires. We do not have the equipment to do this, but I have a shop we can bring it to for her. I told her she need to pay for the alignment I would take care of the tires. Now I find out about the alternator when I received this response. As well never called me about the window. It is not possible to know if the alternator is going to go until it does.   I did not take advantage of her, I have daughters her age, I would never do that.

He did not tell me exactly why my car was shaking on the highway, nor offered to give the tires. He only told me to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Each time I brought the car back he claimed to have fixed it. One time while he was "working" on the car he told me he'll call me when it's ready and I waited a week until I called him. He then said the car had been ready and he was waiting for my call! I got the car back and the issues still were the same. It was the winter so I could not have known the window wouldn't be able to work until the weather got warmer. Fixing the window is not even apart of the warranty so I felt it would be pointless to ask him to fix it since he allegedly "fixed" it before.
