On Tuesday, May 7, 2015, I called because our skimmer lines were backed up. I was informed that someone would be there the next day. When no one showed up for 2 days, we unclogged the line ourselves in-house. On the 3rd day, someone shows up from their company. We tell them that we had already fixed it when they didn't show up for 2 days. The office girl proceeds to become very agitated with my assistant and then calls my cell phone to go off on me for not canceling. I tried to talk, but she would not even let me speak very angry tone of voice telling me how wrong I was for not calling to cancel although they had not shown up when promised. I have now received a bill for $105 for this. I called to speak to the manager, who happens to be the owner's wife. She was not at all apologetic, sympathetic or nice. In a very condescending tone, informed me that she was in fact the owners wife and I would not even get an apology from her. I will not be using this company in the future.
